Clinical Observation Of Huatan Kaibi Decoction On Phlegm Blocking Heart Meridian Type Chest Obstruction(Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease)

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Huatan Kaibi decoction on phlegm blocking heart vein type chest arthralgia(stable angina pecto-ris of coronary heart disease).Methods:From May 2017 to December 2017,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were collected in the inpatient department of our hospi-tal.These patients were randomly divided into treatment group and cont-rol group with 30 cases each.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while The treatment group was treated with Huatan Kaibi decoction on the basis of the control group.The course of trea-tment in both groups was 4 weeks.4 weeks after treatment,observation and comparison of two groups of patients before and after treatment on the curative effect of TCM Syndrome、the changes of blood lipid levels、the changes in electrocardiogram、the nitroglycerin reduction rate and the stability and attack of angina pectoris.Then evaluate the clinical efficacy based on the above results.Results:One,both the treatment group and the control group were able to lower the total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol.But the effect was more obvious in the treatment group.The treatment grou-p was able to reduce LDL cholesterol by about 10% on the basis of the control group.The results of the two groups were statistically signifi cant(p<0.05).Two,The treatment group can improve the curative effect of TCM syndrome of patients better,and its total efficiency is 90%.Compared with the treatment group,the total effective rate was only 63.33%.The results of the two groups were statistically significant(p<0.05).Three,By scoring the angina pectoris scale,we know The treatment group can improve angina pectoris in patients with chest obstruction.Thus,the quality of life of patients can be improved.The results of the two groups were statistically significant(p<0.05).Four,There was no sta-tistically significant difference between the two groups in improving the performance of Ischemic electrocardiogram and the rate of nitroglyc-erin reduction(p<0.05).Conclusion(s):One,Huatan Kaibi decoction has obvious lipid-lowering eff ect,especially it can reduce the level of low density lipoprotein cholest erol.Two,Huatan Kaibi decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the attack of angina pectoris and improve the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease.
