Clinical Study Of Huatan Tongmai Decoction Combined With Auricular Point Pressing Beans In The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease With Diabetes Mellitus

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Huatan Tongmai Decoction combined with ear acupoint pressure on patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus with the syndrome of mutual association of phlegm and blood stasis through randomized controlled clinical study.To provide new ideas and methods for TCM treatment and intervention of this disease.Methods:90 cases of coronary heart disease(unstable angina)diabetes mellitus patients with phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction were randomly divided into group A(standardized treatment of western medicine)and group B(standardized western medicine and Chinese medicine treatment),group C(quasi western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine combined therapy with ear beans),30 cases in each group.Group A was given secondary prophylactic drugs and hypoglycemic drugs for coronary heart disease,Group B was additionally treated with Huatan Tongmai Decoction for intervention,and Group C was additionally treated with ear acupoint pressing bean for intervention on the basis of group B.Two months later,the changes of Glu,Hb A1 c,hs-CRP,LDL-C and other related laboratory indicators in 3 groups before and after treatment were compared,and the therapeutic effect of angina pectoris and the changes of TCM clinical syndrome scores were observed.Results: 1.In terms of improving angina pectoris(CCS grade),the total effective rate of group C was 89.3%,that of group B was 79.3%,and that of group A was 65.5%,and there was difference in the treatment effect between the three groups(P<0.05).2.In terms of improving TCM symptoms,there were differences between group A and group B in shortness of breath,expectoration and short urination(P<0.05);There were significant differences between group A and group C in chest tightness,chest pain,shortness of breath and thirst to drink(P<0.05).There were significant differences between group A and group C in palpitation,expectoration and shortness of urine(P<0.01).There were differences in chest pain,chest tightness and palpitation between group B and group C(P<0.05).The overall effective rate of TCM syndromes was 62.1% in group A,79.3% in group B and 92.9% in group C,and there were differences among the three groups(P<0.05).3.3 Clinical intervention in all groups could reduce the levels of Glu,Hb A1 c,hs-CRP and LDL-C(P<0.05 within the group),but there was no significant difference between the three groups.4.In terms of safety,there were no adverse reactions in the 3 groups,and there were no abnormalities before and after blood routine,liver and kidney function,and three routine treatments.Conclusion: On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,Huatan Tongmai Decoction combined with ear acupoint pressure dou has a definite effect on CHD patients with DM syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and improve their clinical efficacy and quality of life.
