Research On The Rule Of Medicine Of Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis Treated By Professor Xie Jingri

Chronic non-atrophic gastritis used to be called chronic superficial gastritis,it is a disease that is not associated with atrophic changes and mainly shows lymphocyte and plasma cell-based chronic inflammatory cell infiltration in the gastric mucosa.This research will study Professor Xie Jingri’s medication rule for CNAG by scientific methods.Objective:Through the statistical analysis of the syndrome differentiation and medication of Professor Xie Jingri’s treatment of CNAG patients to summarize Professor Xie Jingri’s medication rule for the treatment of this disease.Methods:Collecting the detailed medical records of 120 patients with CNAG who correspond the inclusion criteria from January 2014 to December 2016 in the outpatient medical record system of Professor Xie Jingri.Preprocessing and normalizing the data in medical records and using Microsoft Excel to create a database.Applying IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 statistical software for frequency analysis and cluster analysis of data in database to draw Chinese medicines that were used more than 20 times,core medication categories,medicine property,channel tropism,and commonly used medicine suits and groups.Summarizing the medication rule of Professor Xie Jingri in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis by analyzing the statistical results.Results:The first formula for 120 patients with CNAG included 124 Chinese medicines which were used in the frequency of 1731,and of which 26 medicines were used in the frequency of more than 20times,Chinese Macrocephala,Pericarpium citri reticulatae,Poria cocos,Fingered citron,Medicated leaven,Amomum car damomum,Semen coicis,Fructus amomi,Radix bupleuri,Codonopsis pilosula were Professor Xie Jingri’s main medications for the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis.The medicines can be divided into 18 categories depending on the type of efficacy,and tonic medicines were used most frequently,with a frequency of 19.93%,followed by qi-regulating medicines and resolve dampness medicines,the frequency was 18.66%and 11.09%respectively,these three types medicines were the core medicine categories for tutors to treat this disease.According to the statistics,the most commonly used medicine in the four properties was the warmth(mild warmth),and the frequency was 56.21%,followed by neutral,cold(mild cold),cool and hot;the most commonly used medicine in the five tastes was pungency,followed by bitterness and sweetness;the leading four of medicines’ channel tropism were spleen,stomach,liver and lung meridian.There were 9 commonly used medicine suits and 5 commonly used medicine groups according to the cluster analysis.Conclusion:1.Macro cephal a,Pericarp ium citri reticulatae,Poria cocos,Fingered citron,Medicated leaven,Amomum cardamomum,Semen coicis,Fructus amomi,Radix bupleuri,Codonopsis pilosula are Professor Xie Jingri’s main medications for the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis.2.Tonify deficiency medicine,qi-regulating medicine and resolve dampness medicine are the core medication categories for Professor Xie Jingri’s treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis.3.Pungency,bitterness,sweetness;warmth;spleen meridian,stomach meridian,liver meridian are the main nature flavor and channel tropism for Professor Xie Jingri’s treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis.4.soothing the liver and regulating the qi and strengthening the spleen and stomach are the basic therapy for Professor Xie Jingri’s treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis.
