The Effect Of HuiyangZuyu Decoction Combined With Traditional Chinese Heart Rehabilitation Movement In Treating Patients Of Type Hydroretention With Asthenic Yang And Blood Stasis Of Chronic Heart Failure In C Phase

Objective:This study was performed to observe the clinical efficacy of the traditional Chinese herb medicine Huiyang Zuyu Decoction and Traditional Chinese heart rehabilitation movement in treating patients of type hydroretention with asthenic yang and blood stasis of chronic heart failure in C phase and to explore the mechanism of this Prescription.Methods : 60 cases of patients with diagnostic criteria,divided into three groups,group A,group B,group C,Group A was gived the conventional western medicine treatment,Group B was gived Huiyang Zuyu Decoction on the basis of control group A treatment,Group C was gived Traditional Chinese heart rehabilitation movement on the basis of control group B treatment.Record the changes of amino-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP),6minute walking test(6MWT),Trational Chinese medical(TCM)symptom,and the quality of life,echocardiography indicators(EF),We use spss22.0 to statistics the data of three group patients before and after treatment.Result :1.Comparison with before treatment,NT-pro BNP,TCM syndrome integra and the quality of life called scale of Minnesota,the function of heart among three group of patients after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between C group and B group and A group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Three group of patients with TCM syndrome integral was improved,P<0.05,the difference was significant.Compared between two group contrast between C group and B group,P>0.05,there was no significant difference.Contrast between A group and B group,Contrast between A group and C group,P<0.0167,differences were statistically significant.3.Cardiac ultrasonic(EF%)among three groups of patients after treatment is better than before treatment,we use the single factor analysis of variance,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Compared between two groups,A group and B group,A group and C group,they were statistically significant(P<0.05),there was nosignificant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The Huiyang Zuyu Decoction combined with Traditional Chinese heart rehabilitation movement can improve TCM symptoms in patients with heart failure in C phase(patients of type hydroretention with asthenic yang and blood stasis).2.The Huiyang Zuyu Decoction combined with Traditional Chinese heart rehabilitation movement can improve the exercise ability and the distance in six minutes in patients with heart failure in C phase(patients of type hydroretention with asthenic yang and blood stasis),and the advantages of Traditional Chinese heart rehabilitation movement is obvious.3.The Huiyang Zuyu Decoction combined with Traditional Chinese heart rehabilitation movement can improve the EF% of heart,comparie with western medicine treatment(P<0.05),Compared between two group contrast between C group and B group,P>0.05,there was no significant difference.4.The Huiyang Zuyu Decoction combined with Traditional Chinese heart rehabilitation movement can reduce the NT-pro BNP in patients with heart failure in C phase(patients of type hydroretention with asthenic yang and blood stasis)comparie with western medicine treatment(P<0.05).5.The Huiyang Zuyu Decoction combined with Traditional Chinese heart rehabilitation movement can improve the quality of life in patients with heart failure in C phase(patients of type hydroretention with asthenic yang and blood stasis).6.The Huiyang Zuyu Decoction combined with Traditional Chinese heart rehabilitation movement is safe in clinic.SO it is worth to be spreaded.
