The Problems And Countermeasures Of Occupational Health Supervision In Small And Medium Enterprises

In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China's economic development has made great achievements,and the small and medium-sized enterprises active in various fields have contributed a lot.With the sustained and rapid economic development of our country,a large number of laborers have shifted from the primary industry to the secondary and tertiary industries.At the same time,the number of new occupational cases has continued to increase every year.Most of them are workers in SMEs.After the transfer of local functions,the current occupational health supervision for SMEs is mainly implemented by safety supervision departments at all levels,but the safety supervision department presents an "inverted pyramid" structure from top to bottom,and the law enforcement team is strong to weak,and lacks occupational health technical support institutions.The problems such as the large scale of production and wide coverage led to a result,supervision is ineffective and inefficient,and it is impossible to ensure that the employees' occupational health rights are not compromised.This article comprehensively uses the literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,and starts with the current situation and overall situation of the occupational health supervision in the small and medium-sized enterprises of Y County.It systematically and scientifically analyzes the main problems in the occupational health supervision work of the small and medium-sized enterpriscs in Y County.On this basis,with a small view,the summary of the outstanding problems in the occupational health supervision in China's small and medium-sized enterprises is summarized.Based on the practical experience of OSHA's occupational health supervision system in the United States,it proposes to further improve the countermeasures for occupational health supervision in small and medium-sized enterprises,with a view to providing good regulatory effects and new breakthroughs in promoting occupational health supervision for small and medium-sized enterprises.
