| Safety supervision department was given a new regulatory function of occupational health in workplace,and undertook a significant task of protecting the rights of health to the labor since the Law on Occupational Disease Prevention and Treatment of People's Republic of China was amended in 2011.Facing the severe situation of occupational diseases prevention in China,it's an urgent task for us that was how to strengthen the supervision of local occupational health.In this paper,we analyzed the causes and the problems of occupational hygienic supervision,and discussed how to strengthen supervision of local occupational health,according to the basic information of occupational health,Shangluo City of Shaanxi Province,for instance.Drawing lessons from the advanced experience of other countries,we proposed the countermeasure to improve the local occupational health supervision:perfect the system and mechanism of occupational health supervision,advance the supervisory ability of occupational health,strengthen surveillance and enforcement of occupational health,and promote the construction of occupational health culture continuously.It is supposed to further control and reduce the occupational hazards,and protect the health and rights of the laborers.Hopefully,this paper will contribute to provide a good idea for the advances of occupational health supervision. |
