| Objective: This topic through the tendons Yang acupuncture combined with bloodletting therapy on clinical research of blood stasis migraine,objective evaluation of clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with bloodletting therapy on blood stasis migraine tendons for Yang,"the traditional needling method provides the basis for the clinical application of internal medicine".Methods: 70 patients who met the diagnosis criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 35 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with meridian acupuncture combined with bloodletting treatment: select one or two gluten nodes(most painful points),carry out meridian acupuncture,acupuncture after Qi retention,acupuncture treatment once a day for 5 times as a course of treatment,the course of treatment between 2 days,The first and fourth times of each course of treatment,combined with the ipsilateral(or bilateral)lower extremity Yangling Quan point to carry out pricking cupping and bleeding therapy,after pricking and cupping,the cupping remained for 5 minutes.The control group was treated with oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsule for symptomatic treatment,once a day,take it before bedtime,take 6 days as a course of treatment,the interval between courses of treatment was 1 day,both groups were treated for 3 courses.Before treatment,1 month after the total course of treatment,3 months after the end of the treatment,the visual pain scoring method was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the patients,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score for migraine and the comprehensive headache score were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy.The data collected are analyzed by Sp SS21.0 software.Results:(1)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in sex,age and course of disease between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).(2)Before treatment,the two groups of VAS scores,TCM syndrome scores and headache comprehensive scores were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the two groups had clinical comparability.(3)After one course of treatment,the VAS score of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the former group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the VAS score of the two groups was significantly different after the treatment(P<0.05).(4)After the total course of treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups decreased,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in recent total curative effect(P>0.05).(5)One month after the total course of treatment,the comprehensive score of headache in both groups was lower than that in the control group,but the decrease value of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).The short-term overall curative effect of the two groups was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).(6)After the end of the total course of treatment,follow up in March.The score of headache in the two groups before treatment and after treatment in March was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The long-term effect of the two groups was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions :1.The treatment group and control group can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with ecchymosis migraine.2.The curative effect of acupuncture combined with bleeding therapy on pain relief after one course of treatment was better than that in the control group.The overall curative effect after the total course of treatment was slightly better than that of the control group,but the overall difference was not significant.The total curative effect and the duration of the treatment were significantly better than that of the control group in 1 month after the end of the total course of treatment and 3 months after the end of the treatment.The treatment group has the characteristics of definite and stable curative effect,low recurrence rate,safe operation and no side effects,so it is worth popularizing. |
