| Objective:By comparing the immediate analgesic effect and short-term and longterm efficacy of blood-letting and cupping combined with acupuncture and acupuncture alone in the treatment of migraine, the purpose of this study is to provide a better treatment plan for clinical treatment of migraine. Methods:A total of 66 patients who met the criteria of migraine were randomly divided into treatment group(blood-letting and cupping combined with acupuncture group)and control group(acupuncture alone group)with 33 patients in each group. The control group was treated once a day,6 times as a course of treatment. The acupuncture treatment in the treatment group was consistent with that in the control group. The treatment group was treated once every other day,3 times a week,3 times as a course of treatment. The two groups were treated for a total of 4 courses. The visual analogue score(VAS score),headache symptom score and migraine disability assessment questionnaire(MIDAS)score of the two groups were observed. The VAS score and the total curative effect of the two groups were compared before treatment and 0 h,1 h,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment.Comparison of headache symptom scores and assessment of recent overall efficacy after 4weeks of treatment. The patients were followed up one month and three months after the end of treatment, and were evaluated by the same physician before and after treatment. The evaluated physician did not participate in the treatment. To observe the difference of immediate analgesic effect and shortterm and long-term effect of blood-letting and cupping combined with acupuncture and acupuncture alone group on migraine.Results:1.The differences in VAS scores between the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05)and were comparable.Through intra-group comparison, the VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the differences within the group were statistically significant. It shows that the immediate analgesic efficacy and short-term efficacy of the two groups are improved compared with those before treatment.Comparison between groups, the pain score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group at immediate and recent time points(P<0.05).2.The headache symptom scores and each symptom score before treatment were compared between the two groups, and the differences between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The headache symptom scores and various symptom scores of the two groups of patients were compared within the group. After 4 weeks of treatment, the scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the short-term curative effect was improved compared with that before treatment. All symptom scores were lower than those in the acupuncture alone group(P<0.05).After 1 month and 3 months of follow-up,the total headache symptom score and each score of the two groups were compared within the group, the comparison between the two groups after follow-up and before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that the long-term efficacy is better maintained.Comparison between groups, the total score and all the symptom scores of the group with the combination of acupuncture and bloodletting cupping were lower than those of the group with acupuncture alone(P<0.05).3.The MIDAS scores of the two groups were also compared at followup, and there was no statistically significant difference between the MIDAS scores of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The MIDAS scores of the two groups of patients were compared at the time of follow-up.In group comparison, the scores at each follow-up between the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).It shows that the long-term quality of life has been improved. There was a difference between two groups(P<0.05).The MIDAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.4.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment was evaluated. After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,while that of the control group was 83.33%,the total effective rate of the treatment group is higher than that of the control group.By rank sum test, and it is proved that there is a difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Blood-letting and cupping combined with acupuncture therapy and acupuncture alone therapy are effective in treating migraine, and the effective rate of the former was better after 4 weeks of treatment.2.Compared with before treatment, the number of headache attacks in the two groups was reduced, the duration was shortened, the accompanying symptoms were relieved, and the quality of life was improved. And the curative effect of blood-letting and cupping combined with acupuncture group was significantly higher than that of acupuncture alone group.3.The treatment of the two groups has an effect on the immediate analgesic effect and short-term and long-term effect of migraine, and bloodletting and cupping combined with acupuncture is better than acupuncture alone. It is worthy of popularization and application. |
