Objective: This study explored the patients with tooth deficiency,when performing dental implant surgery,the advantage of piezosurgery in assisting the treatment of hard tissue is achieved.Materials:Choose from January 2012 to June,due to lack of bone mass in the planting area,the need for bone graft surgery in 20 patients,10 men and women,with an average age of 45 years.First of all,routine examination of patients,including the overall medical history asked,if no diabetes,cardiovascular disease and immunosuppressive diseases.Oral examination,preoperative dental treatment,the system to take impressions,preoperative X-ray films,curved surfaces and the proposed treatment plan.Informed consent form with patient.Local anesthesia,incision flap,experimental group 10 cases,using in maxillary sinus lifting operation for bone cutting operation,10 cases in the control group,using the traditional ball drill,using the palate bone separator to remove the bone plate,peel the sinus membrane,peel the internal sinus membrane of the maxillary sinus.According to the specific circumstances into the collagen and bone meal,preparation of planting nest,implant.Statistical piezosurgery test group and traditional ball drill control group.(1)maxillary sinus fenestration operation time refers to the operation time from the chisel wall to the completion of lifting.(2)the perforation rate of the maxillary sinus mucosa is strongly aspirated according to the patient’s pinching nose.It can be seen that the mucous membrane of the sinuses will be globular,with repeated enlargement and no perforation.After the operation,CBCT was taken as an egg shaped tent without perforation.If the bone powder was dispersed in the maxillary sinus,it was judged to be perforation.(3)the patients’ subjective pain feelings were rechecked at 6 h,24 h and 3 d after the operation respectively.The postoperative pain level was recorded by visual analogical score(VAS),and the statistical analysis was carried out by SPSS 11.5 software,and the rank and test of the data were carried out.Results:(1)The operation time of the experimental group with piezosurgery was lessthan that of the control group(6.85±0.63)min vs(19.57±1.34)min,(P < 0.05).(2)Comparing the perforation rate of maxillary sinus mucosa,the perforation rate of maxillary sinus mucosa was 0 in the experimental group and 0 in the control group was 24.7%(P < 0.05).(3)The experimental group with piezosurgery was used to compare the subjective pain feeling of the patients.The mean value of VAS was3.2±1.03 at 6 hours,and that of the control group with traditional ball drill was4.8±0.92.The mean value of VAS was 1.95±0.80 and 3.1±0.97 for 24 h,respectively.There was significant difference in the results between the two groups.There was no significant difference in the mean value of VAS 3 days after operation between the two groups(P < 0.05).(4)The success rate was compared.After 6 months,there was no perforation of maxillary sinus mucosa,infection and inflammation,and bone resorption was less than 1 mm in 10 cases of experimental group using piezosurgery after 6 months.Conclusion: With the progress of the times,the quality of life and the level of medical treatment have been improved significantly.The patient’s acceptance of dental implant surgery is getting higher and higher,but the height and width of the bone ridge are often lacking and the teeth can not be planted smoothly.To meet the needs of the patient.It can be used to improve the maxillary sinus,take autogenous bone,split the bone,pull the ambush teeth,remove the calculus and so on.Therefore,when the lateral opening of the maxillary sinus is performed,the maxillary sinus mucosa of the maxillary sinus can be kept intact and efficient to complete the maxillary sinus lifting without damaging the soft tissue.After adding artificial bone meal or taken from the bone,sufficient dental ridge thickness,bone volume and space can be provided to perform dental implant surgery.piezosurgery has a specific ultrasonic cavitation effect that has the efficacy of stopping bleeding,relieving the wound,reducing the amount of bleeding and avoiding postoperative swelling,so it can also effectively relieve the discomfort of the patients after the operation.All in all,dental implant surgery provides a simpler and less invasive treatment for patients through the assistance of piezosurgery.Maxillary sinus lifting was performed by piezosurgery and dental implant operation was performed with autogenous bone and bone graft.Especially,the incidence of short-term pain after external maxillary sinus lifting was significantly reduced,Compared with the use of the traditional ball drill,the piezosurgery is compared with the clinical cases presented in this paper,the reference of the literature at home and abroad and the principles of its tools,etc,.It is clear that piezosurgery is more precise and safe in clinical operation,andit’s better in the postoperative comfort...
