| objective:This clinical study aims to explore the clinical efficacy of Blood circulation Huayu Bushen Decoction in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis KOA,and provide a reference for the clinical treatment of KOA.Methods:72 patients who met the criteria for the diagnosis of Chinese and Western medicine of KOA were randomly divided into 2 groups.(36 in the treatment group and 36 in the control group).The treatment group was given oral Blood circulation Huayu Bushen Decoction and the control group was given a single oral administration of yu xue bi pian.The two groups were evaluated before the treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment using the self-made TCM syndrome score table and the knee HSS score table,SPSS17.0 statistical evaluation was performed on the efficacy indexes of the two groups of patients to evaluate the clinical efficacy in a comprehensive manner.Results:After treatment,the efficacy scores of the two groups of TCM syndromes were analyzed,The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.33%,Statistical analysis P<0.05,There was statistical difference between the two groups.The clinical efficacy of Western medicine was statistically analyzed using the HSS scores of the knee joints and the scores,and the pain、function and rank sum test of the total scores were statistically analyzed at P<0.05,with statistical differences,indicating the clinical efficacy of the treatment group.And the improvement of the scores such as pain and function was significantly better than that of the control group.The activity、muscle strength、flexion deformity、stability and score reduction items were all P>0.05,and there was no statistical difference.Conclusion:This clinical study shows that Huoxue Huayu Bushen Decoction has a good effect on the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis KOA and is a safe and effective treatment plan. |
