Clinical Observation Of Huoxue Tongluo Decoction Combined With Etecoxi Pian In The Treatment Of 60 Cases Of Knee Osteoarthritis With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with etecoxi Pian in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis of early and middle stage of Qi stagnation and blood stasis,the feasibility of its clinical application was evaluated.Methods:A total of 60 patients with KOA of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type who were treated in the First Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology,Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into three groups,A,B and C,with 20 patients in each group.Group B used etocoxib,Group A added the traditional Chinese medicine granule Huoxue Tongluo Decoction,and Group C used the traditional Chinese medicine granule Huoxue Tongluo Decoction.The data of the total effective rate,VAS score,WOMAC score and ESR of the three groups of patients before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment were collected and then statistically analyzed.Results:1.Patients in group A,B and C were comparable in gender,age,course of disease,WOMAC score,VAS score and sedimentation rate before treatment(P > 0.05);2.Overall efficacy evaluation: the overall effective rate of group A was 95%,higher than that of group B(70%)and group C(55%).We can see statistical differences between group A and group B,and between group A and group C(P < 0.05),but no statistical differences between group B and group C(P > 0.05).3.Comparison of VAS score: The VAS score of the three groups decreased after 2 and 4weeks of treatment compared with that before treatment,with statistical difference(P<0.05),while group A was better than the other two groups in pain relief,and there was no statistical difference between group B and C(P > 0.05).4.Comparison of WOMAC score: After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the WOMAC score of patients in three groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P > 0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the improvement of WOMAC score in Group A was better than that in Group B and Group C(P < 0.05).5.ESR comparison: After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,ESR of the three groups decreased,and after 4 weeks of treatment,After 4 weeks,the ESR of Group A was lower than that of Group B and Group C(P < 0.05),and there was no statistical difference between group B and group C(P > 0.05).6.Adverse reactions: The relevant laboratory indexes(blood routine,biochemical function,urine routine,etc.)of patients in group A,B and C were compared before treatment,4 weeks and 1 month after treatment.No abnormalities were found,and no allergic reactions or adverse reactions occurred during treatment.Conclusion: TCM granules Huoxue Tongluo Decoction and etokoxi can both treat knee osteoarthritis of early and middle stage of qi stagnation and blood stasis.Combined use of both can improve the overall effective rate of patients,relieve pain,reduce erythrocyte sedimentation rate and better improve the function of affected knee,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
