Diabetic foot(DF)is one of the most serious and costly chronic complications of diabetes mellitus(DM),with a strong disability,the end results usually are ulcer,amputation or even death.Chinese medicine believes that the diabetic foot begins with "eliminating thirst" and "gangrene" from physical deficiency.At present,it is widely considered to be deficient root with overdo superficial.Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical study of Modified Yanghe Decoction in the treatment of diabetic foot(Yang deficiency cold coagulation and blood Stasis toxic syndrome),to observe the clinical curative effect and the application of Modified Yanghe Decoction,which further proves the superiority of the holism concept of TCM and differentiation and treatment,and to provides clinical diagnosis and treatment schemes with higher efficiency.Methods: Collecting cases from January 2017 to December 2017,in the Outpatient and hospitalization in the treatment area of Endocrinology and Metabolism Department,in the Affiliated hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine,all are in the treatment for diabetic foot(Yang deficiency cold coagulation and blood Stasis toxic syndrome)patients,the 60 Patients were randomly divided in to two groups,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given conventional dressing of western medicine surgery and Modified Yanghe Decoction for oral,Western medicine surgery;given normal saline,iodophor cotton ball debridement,gauze dressing after dressing change,once a day.Modified Yanghe Decoction for oral;take water decoction 300 ml daily,150 ml each time in the morning and evening.The control group was treated with conventional dressing of western medicine surgery: normal saline,iodophor cotton ball debridement,gauze dressing after dressing change,once a day.The course of treatment in both groups was 28 days.After 28 days of treatment,the curative effects of the two groups were observed.Observing the wound area in two groups and the changes of clinical symptoms of diabetic foot patients(Yang deficiency cold coagulation and blood Stasis toxic syndrome),digital camera was used to record the changes of ulcer surface before and after treatment.The wound area was calculated by image j image analysis software.All results were analyzed by SPSS24.0 software.Results: after 1 courses of clinical observation,comparing the rate of reduction of the wound area of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,the effective rate of treatment group was 24 cases,effective 4 cases,invalid 5 cases,the total effective was 83.33%;and the effectiveness rate of control group was 7 cases,effective 11 cases,invalid in 12 cases,the total effective was 60%.Compared with the control group,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than the control group,in which the difference is significant(P<0.05).The rate of ulcer and facial healing in the treatment group and the control group were significantly increased,and there were significant differences between the two groups after and before treatment(P=0.01).After the treatment of patients with TCM syndrome,in the treatment group,3 cases of were cured,18 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective,and 5 cases were ineffective,the total efficiency was 83.33%;while in the control group,1 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective,the total efficiency was 70%.The effective rate of treatment group was obviously higher than the control group.(P=0.003).There was significant difference in symptom improvement score between the two groups.(P<0.05).And no significant adverse reactions during the treatment in both groups.Conclusion: Modified Yanghe Decoction in the treatment of diabetic foot(Yang deficiency cold coagulation and blood Stasis toxic syndrome)has the advantages of significantly alleviating the symptoms of the patient and curative effect,which is an effective and safe treatment plan for patients with Modified Yanghe Decoction in the treatment of diabetic foot.(Yang deficiency cold coagulation and blood Stasis toxic syndrome)...
