| Purpose:Through the use of traditional Chinese medicine decoction and standardized combination of Xiaxi antihypertensive therapy in 1,grade 2 hypertension(Yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type)patients,to observe the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine in antihypertensive effect and improvement,to provide the basis for the combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment of hypertension to form a comprehensive clinical intervention.Methods:A total of 72 patients in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into 36 groups,36 in the control group and 72 in the control group.The control group was given the western medicine antihypertensive drugs for 4 weeks.The drug was recommended for the guide,a long-acting calcium antagonist recommended by the guideline.It was administered 1 times a day,2.5mg each time.the treatment group in the control group based on the pure western medicine was treated with TCM Comprehensive Therapy of Xia Xi,the new green pellet formula of traditional Chinese medicine decoction of traditional Chinese medicine selection Xiaxi party each agent,3 parts packaging,each from 1 lattice,warm open water for 100ml,before breakfast,after dinner 2 times a day.The efficacy and safety of the patients were observed after 4 weeks of treatment,and the symptoms and symptoms of TCM were improved.The blood pressure in the consulting room,24 hour ambulatory blood pressure,TCM syndrome score and the safety of hemogram were collected during the treatment.The SPSS19.0 statistical analysis software was used for calculation and statistics.Results:1.Comparison of the efficacy of two groups:blood pressure after 4 weeks after standardized treatment,the treatment group and the control group can effectively reduce blood pressure,treatment group total effective rate was 91.67%,control group total effective rate was 83.33%,the total curative effect after treatment between the two groups,no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference between consulting room,SBP,PP,DBP,24hSBP,nSBP,dSBP,DBP,24hDBP,nDBP and dDBP(P<0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndromes,clinical symptoms:after 4 weeks after standardized treatment,the treatment group and control group can effectively improve the patient’s symptoms,TCM syndrome,treatment group of TCM syndrome total effective rate was 94.44%,the control group of TCM syndrome total effective rate was 80.56%after treatment,TCM syndrome curative effect comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).After the treatment of TCM symptoms between groups were statistically significant(P<0.01),that has a significant effect in the treatment group were dizziness,headache,backache,improve Fanre symptoms,the improvement was statistically significant knee symptoms(P<0.05),in improving insomnia,tinnitus,palpitation,forget 4 secondary symptoms,with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.safety index comparison:before and after treatment,blood routine,urine routine,liver function and renal function related indicators were monitored,and no significant safety monitoring indicators were found.After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the treatment group and the control group had no side effects on the safety index.Conclusion:Xiaxi prescription combined with Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets as a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy combined with Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets for the treatment of primary grade 2 hypertension,1(Yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type)patients,clinical curative effect and safety,can reduce the patient’s systolic blood pressure effectively,reduce the diastolic blood pressure,pulse pressure,traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,improve patients reflects the traditional Chinese medicine,multi targets and multi ways treatment is prominent,develop new ideas for the future clinical treatment of primary hypertension. |
