| ObjectiveWumei pill was indicated in the no 338,article of JueYinBing,in “ShangHanLun”and also article of Fu Jue ShouZhi Bi Zhong Zhuan Jin Yin Hu Shan HuiChong Bing in “JinGui YaoLue”,and each doctor has their own point of view on the formula of Wumei pill.At the very beginning,Wumei pill was mainly use in treatment of HuiJue and JiuLi,with the evolution of times and external factors,doctor has developed many new formula and the usage of Wumei pill is not only limited in treatment for HuiJue and JiuLi.Hence,compiling of the clinical trial and also formula,to probe and study the evolution for the formula of Wumei pill.MethodThe research will start with analyze several researches regarding the Wumei pill by few doctors in past,such as: WangSuHe,SunSiMiao,XuSuWei and ChengWuJi,which imposed huge impact to the researches thereafter.Next will discuss about development of the formula of Wumei pill in different era,such as: Ming and Qing era,MingGuo era,the beginning of People’s Republic of China and etc,and also the side factors,such as: disease,different school of thought,revolution of the country and etc,that uncover the other efficacy and usage of Wumei pill.Results1.In Jing to Jin era,the doctors have discovered the efficacy of Wumei pill in healing JueYinBing and HuiCong.Their point of view for the efficacy of Wumei pill have imposed a huge impact towards the evolution of the Wumei pill.2.In Qing & Ming era,doctors are no longer only focus the usage on JueYinBing and HuiCong but also in other efficacy.Disease has enlighten the doctors in “ShangHanLun”and they had improved the efficacy and usage of Wumei pill.3.Different point of view by different schools toward the Wumei pill,has enable the doctors develop new formula of Wumei pill.4.Changes of dynasty,economic recession and the influent of Western Medical Treatment(WMT)has bring a negative impact and challenge to Traditional Chinese Medical Treatment(TCM).However,this is also a juncture for the combination of the WMT and TCM,whereby later on the research on Wumei pill will in scientific method.5.The rising of WMT caused TCM facing a tough challenge.TCM is no longer being emphasized and TCM doctors realized that TCM must be more scientific so that the others can understand the knowledge of TCM.6.TCM has become scientific way and adopt certain theory of WMT,which enable the medication research towards a new direction and the research of Wumei pill has become more stable in future.7.When the country just formed,livelihood impoverished.The shortage of medication source which direct the rising of TCM by Government,many of the knowledge of TCM being passed down to the next generation.8.However,the Cultural Revolution has caused the halt of researches in many fields and those researches can only continue after the revolution.9.The combination of treatment of WMT and TCM has bring a certain achievement in the research of Wumei pill,and even can use to cure the current illness.ConclusionThe researches for Wumei pill has promote the clinical usage of Wumei pill,and Wumei pill has certain efficacy on WuMeiWanFangZheng,JueYinBing,HanReCuoZhaZheng,JueYinGanFengZheng.Although Wumei pill has been widely using,however the evolution of the formula was not being emphasize.By compiling and reorganize the information,this can help in the future research and innovation which is very important. |
