Objective:By observing the wind-cold-damp type the clinical effect of scapulohumeral periarthritis patients before and after treatment, the SF-MPQ score,Constant Murley scale, objective evaluation umbrella needling&moxa-warming of round-sharp needle for treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis wind-cold-dampness-type,choose a more safe and effective therapy for scapulohumeral periarthritis patients. Methods:Matching in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture Department and Orthopedics Department of Chinese Medicine Of Hainan Province, according to the diagnostic standardstraditionalChineseandwesternmedicinechoosing60patients.According to the visiting sequence used simple random number table method into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. Two cases were lost in the treatment group and one in the control group.Treatment group used umbrella needling&moxa-warming of round-sharp needle for treatment, the control group oral Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-release Tablets.75mg/time,two groups all cooperate with functional exercise, once a day,10days for 1 course of treatment, treatment 2 days off, both two groups have two courses of treatment.Using the Ttraditional Chinese Medicine New Medicine Clinical Research guid principles judge curative effect of scapulohumeral periarthritisr curative standard[1],with SF-MPQ pain score and CMS as observation indexes, compare the results of two groups before and after treatment results of statistical analysis.Results:1.Comparison of relevant data before treatment, the gender, age, course of disease,SF-MPQ pain score and CMS in the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.After treatment, the SF-MPQ score was significantly decreased in both groups, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both groups could relieve shoulder pain. The SF-MPQ score in the treatment group was less than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the improvement of pain in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.3.After treatment,CMS was significantly increased in both groups, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),indicating that both groups could improve shoulder joint function. In the treatment group,CMS was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the function of shoulder joint.4.Compared with overall efficacy, two groups had better efficacy in relieving pain and improving shoulder joint function. In the treatment group,8 cases were cured,12 were effective,7 were effective,1 was ineffective, and the total effective rate was 96.42%.In the control group,3 cases were cured,7 cases were developed,11 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 72.41%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion:The research discussed the effectiveness of scapulohumeral periarthritis of wind-cold-damp type treated with umbrella needling&moxa-warming of round-sharp needle found that oral Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-release Tablets cooperate with functional exercise effectively relieved the pain of patients, improved shoulder joint function and activity, umbrella needling&moxa-warming of round-sharp needle therapy with functional exercise effect is more significant, fewer side effects, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
