Objective: In this study, the clinical efficacy of Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling combined with flurbiprofen cataplasm in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis was observed to demonstrate the effectiveness of this treatment regimen and provide a scientific basis for the clinical use of this method. Methods: From January 2022 to October 2022,60 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis who met the research conditions who were treated in the outpatient clinic of the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into two groups according to the randomized numerical table. The test group was treated with Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling combined with flurbiprofen cataplasm. The Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling therapy was performed once two days,Flurbiprofen Cataplasms was applied twice a day for 10 hours each time,to the affected area;In the control group, simple flurbiprofen cataplasm was applied externally, twice a day,10 hours each time,to the affected area.Patients in the included studies underwent VAS scores,ROM scores,MMT scores,CMS scores and ASES scores before treatment, one week after treatment, and two weeks after treatment, and were analyzed using statistical software. In addition, efficacy analysis was performed after 2 weeks of treatment.Results:(1)Before treatment, there were no significant differences in VAS score,ROM score,MMT score,CMS score and ASES score(P>0.05)between the two groups..(2)The VAS scores of both groups were lower after 1 week of treatment and 2 weeks of treatment, and the VAS score of the experimental group decreased significantly(P<0.05).The ROM score,MMT score,CMS score and ASES score were higher than the previous group, and the ROM score,MMT score,CMS score and ASES score of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).(3)Overall efficacy: The total effective rate of the test group was 96.67%,and the apparent efficiency was 70%.The overall effective rate of the control group was 83.33%,and the apparent effective rate was 33%.The results showed that both groups had clinical efficacy in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis, but the clinical effect of the test group was better and the obvious efficiency was more obvious. There was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling combined with flurbiprofen cataplasm has a definite effect in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis, and is superior to conventional treatment methods in reducing patients’ pain and improving shoulder mobility, and this therapy has clinical reference application value.
