Schisandra chinensis is a dry ripe fruit of Magnoliaceae plant Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill.,which is mainly produced in three northeastern provinces,and is known as "Schisandra chinensis".Taste acid,sex temperature,return to the lung,heart,kidney meridian.It has the effect of astringency and astringency,replenishing qi and promoting fluid,replenishing kidney and improving heart.Indications:long cough,asthenia asthma,dream insomnia,frequent micturition,sweating,sweating,thirst,palpitation and insomnia.Modern pharmacological research and clinical application mostly focus on the hepatoprotective effect of Schisandra chinensis.In the Compendium of Materia Medica,records of Fructus schisandrae chinensis in treating asthma,cough and dryness cough and Zhuang Shui Yang Yang."Drug cut use":"convergence of lung and kidney,specially collecting dissipated gas,for cough,asthma,deficiency,excessive sweating".There are many prescriptions for Schisandra chinensis in treating the lung and kidney.In the prescription medicine of Chinese medicine,Schisandra chinensis has been widely used in the treatment of chronic cough and asthenia asthma.In the 2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,14 of the Chinese herbal preparations for cough and asthma include Fructus schisandrae chinensis.Schisandra chinensis is one of the main functions of reducing lung and stopping cough.In this paper,UPLC fingerprint technique is used to combine the pharmacophore of collecting lung and benefiting kidney to construct and study "spectral efficiency",and to clarify the therapeutic effect of Schisandra chinensis on two asthenia and asthenia of lung and kidney,and it is of great significance to the development and utilization of Schisandra interfering therapy for asthenia and asthma.First,the UPLC fingerprint of Schisandra chinensis was established.In combination with the clinical medication and the late spectrum effect of Fructus Schisandrae in the treatment of asthenia asthma,the solution was prepared by water decoction.The best detection wavelength of the fingerprint of Schisandra chinensis was determined to be 216nm,and the similarity evaluation system(2004A)was used by the National Pharmacopoeia Committee(2004A)to compare the fingerprints of the 10 batches of Schisandra chinensis.The similarity was up to 97%,and the similarity was very high.9 common peaks were identified and 4 of the common peaks were identified,including schisandol(1),schisandol(4),Itsumi Kokosu(8)and schisandrin(9).Secondly,the rat model of asthmatic asthma was established.The rat model of kidney yang deficiency was replicated by intraperitoneal injection of hydrocortisone,and the model of allergic asthma was induced by ovalbumin atomization.The model of asthmatic rats was established by combining the two methods.The HE staining of lung,adrenal gland,pituitary,thyroid and thymus,as well as serum ACTH,serum IgE and serum IFN-gamma,were evaluated through the general observation of rats,and the model was evaluated.The results showed that the pathological tissues of the model group showed different degrees of pathological changes,and the experimental results of the model group and the serum ACTH,serum IgE and serum IFN-gamma were significantly different from those in the normal group,so the model of asthmatic syndrome was established successfully.Third,study the pharmacodynamics of Schisandra chinensis for lung and kidney.To establish a rat model of asthenia and asthenia,the experiment was carried out on different dosage groups of Schisandra chinensis.Through the general observation of rats,HE staining of lung,adrenal gland,pituitary,thyroid gland and thymus gland pathological tissue,and the determination of serum ACTH,serum IgE,serum IFN-gamma and other biochemical indexes were screened,and the optimum dosage was screened.The results showed that pathological changes were found in the tissues of rats in the model group,while the pathological changes in the tissues of rats treated with Schisandra were significantly reduced.The serum ACTH of Schisandra chinensis group was higher than that of the model group.Serum IgE was lower than that in model group,and there was significant difference.Serum IFN-gamma increased significantly compared with the model group.It shows that the decoction of Fructus Schisandrae can delay the occurrence and development of asthenia asthma,and restore all indicators to normal state.The efficacy of 10 batches of Schisandra chinensis from 10 groups of different habitats was further studied.Through the general observation of rats,the serum ACTH,serum IgE and serum IFN-gamma were measured,and the pharmacodynamic data were obtained.Its pharmacodynamic results lay the foundation for subsequent spectrum analysis of Fructus schisandrae chinensis.Fourth,to study the relationship between Schisandra chinensis and lung qi and kidney.Partial least squares regression analysis was used to analyze the fingerprint data and pharmacodynamic data of Schisandra chinensis.The results of serum ACTH,serum IgE and serum IFN-gamma were analyzed.The results showed that the total peaks 1,4,5,7,8 and 9 were all positively correlated with three indexes,and the peak 2,3 and 6 also contributed to the different indexes.Therefore,the common peak 1~9 may be the main active component of the kidney of Schisandra chinensis.Identified by reference materials,Feng 1 is schisandrin a,Feng 4 is schisandrin B,Feng 8 is schisandrin a,and Feng 9 is schisandrin B.However,peak 2,3,5,6,and 7 are uncertain components.Finally,the content of the effective substances for the lung and kidney was determined.The content of schisandol a,schisandrin B,Itsumi Kokosu and schisandrin in the 10 batches of Schisandra chinensis were determined by water decocting method.The results showed that the content of Fructus Schisandrae was 0.73%+0.18%.the content of schisandol B was 0.033%+0.0085%,the content of schisandrin was 0.0035%+0.0013%,and the content of schisandrin was 0.0053%+0.0044%,and the content of schisandrin was 0.0035%+0.0013%,and the content of schisandrin was 0.0035%+0.0013%,and the content of schisandrin was 0.0035%+0.0013%.and the content of schisandrin was 0.0053%+0.0044%in the 10 batch of Schisandra.
