Research On The Distribution Of Syndrome In Migraine And The Treatment Of Chinese Medicine Based On Data Mining

Purpose: By collecting and sorting out the cases of migraine in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Using data mining technology to analyze the implicit knowledge in the case data,summarize the common migraine syndrome and Chinese medicine rule,to provide some ideas and clues for the study and treatment of migraine.Method: The collected outpatients were collected,and the finished cases were collected,standardized,establish a database,and then use Excel frequency analysis,and Modeler 14.1 were used to analysis the association rules.The characteristics of migraine syndromes cloth mining from the analysis results,analysis of drugs commonly used drugs,association analysis commonly used drugs,drugs and drug related groups,and carries on the discussion.Result: The syndrome of the collected cases of sorting and statistics,the migraine syndrome type 16 categories,including: blood stasis,cold beam table card,phlegm heat stagnation stagnation syndrome,wind phlegm syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,heat LYFWS,wind heat syndrome,hyperactivity of liver Yang,Qi deficiency and blood stasis and phlegm blocking collaterals,rheumatism card,deficiency of Qi,qi stagnation,kidney deficiency,hyperpyrexia,kidney deficiency and fire syndrome.Classified by high-frequency drugs on the collected cases,the frequency of drug treatment of migraine in 56 flavors,including single herb were higher than the 150 of the 12 drugs: Angelica,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Scutellariae,safflower,pinellia,gardenia,Vitex,parsnip,Poria,earthworm,licorice.The drugs for high frequency drugs include 14 kinds: drugs for relieving the exterior,clearing away heat,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,nourishing the deficiency,smoothing liver,regulating wind,resolving phlegm,relieving cough,relieving asthma,regulating qi,resolving dampness,promoting water and dampness,warming the interior,reducing diarrhea,tranquilizing drugs,resuscitation drugs,and astringent drugs.By analyzing the association rules of high-frequency drugs collected from patients,it was found that there were 24 pairs of common drugs and 7 combinations of drugs.Including bupleurum to ligusticum ligustrum;Chrysanthemum-ligustrum;Qiang huo-jingzi;Asarum-angelica dahurica;Three-seven-rigid silkworm;Rhizoma angelica-ligusticum chuanxiong;Gastrodia elata [gastrodia elata].Whole scorpion red peony root;Safflower-peach kernel;Radix bupleuri-radix scutellariae;White arts + codonopsis cocos;Fructus aurantii and fructus aurantii.Angelica angelica angelica + wind-proofing-vine jingzi;Chen PI + zhu ru-half summer;Gardenia + scutellaria + honeysuckle-rhubarb;Chrysanthemum + paeoniae alba + radix paeoniae luteiniae yellow to gastrodia elata;Red flower + red peony + red ginseng + scorpion-ligustrum,etc.Conclusion: Data mining was done by frequency analysis and association rule analysis to get the common syndromes and drug compatibility rules of migraine,so as to provide references for the treatment of migraine.
