Clinical Study Of Balance Needle For Cervical Spondylosis

Neck type of cervical spondylosis,as in the earliest type of cervical spondylosis,is affecting the quality of modern sitting work the crowd life special disease,it is difficult to cure,easy to repeated,greatly influences the quality of the people work and study.Based on the above premise,the following clinical trials are specially designed in order to develop a more advanced treatment plan for cervical spondylosis.Objective:this study used a clinical research method,the medical statistics software,the standardization of TCM symptoms curative effect evaluation and VAS,NPQ,NDI rating scale,establish standard rigorous clinical curative effect of experiment to research the curative effect of balance needle neck type of cervical spondylosis treatment,treatment for balance needle determine scientific and objective basis for neck type of cervical spondylosis,on this basis,to explore the pros and cons of balance needle,balancing and the instant effect at the same time,extend and improve the curative effect of balance needle "concentration".Methods:according to the standard in 120 cases of neck type of cervical spondylosis patients were randomly divided into normal acupuncture group,the balance needle group and balance needle with common acupuncture group,each group of 40 people,ruled out off and unqualified cases after more than 90 people,30 people in each group.Treat once a day.Five times for a period of treatment,treatment of one period of treatment,evaluation of treatment after 1 min,24 h after the visual analogue scale(VAS)and treatment after a course of NPQ neck pain scale score,NDI cervical dysfunction index score and curative effect.Results:after treatment for 1 min balance needle and balance needle with common acupuncture group VAS score is lower than ordinary acupuncturegroup,balance needle instant effect is good,the three groups after 24 h of treatment VAS score all have different degree of attenuation.After a course of treatment,the balance needle matched the NPQ and NDI score of the common acupuncture group,which was lower than the other two groups,while the balance needle group was similar to the normal acupuncture group.Clinical curative effect,after a course of treatment,the more balance needle group show a total of 13 people,the more common acupuncture group show a total of 12 people,balance needle ordinary acupuncture group show a total of 24 people,balance needle ordinary acupuncture group curative effect for the three best,while balance needle group with common acupuncture treatment group.Conclusion:these results suggest balance needle instant curative effect is superior to the ordinary acupuncture method,but the long-term curative effect is a bit poor,and balanced acupuncture with common acupuncture method,not only the immediate curative effect is good,the long-term curative effect also can guarantee.balance needle stitch is characterized by retaining needle time is very short,basic not retaining needle,only need to stimulate the nerve trunk under the meridians,reaches a certain amount of stimulus can be out of the needle,to this point and ordinary needle retaining needle hou qi is very different.Bold assumptions about this study simply balance needle forward curative effect is poor because of acupuncture have failure effect,and join the common acupuncture as a supplement,it is concluded that good experimental effect,to improve and maintain balance needle "needle effect concentration" key may be a need to cooperate with retaining needle time long stitch,apply to the local acupoint stimulation for a long time,reach to suppressed after the continue to suppress pain effect,reduce the attenuation effect of needle effect.
