Purpose: Through the research on the distribution of patients with hyperuricemia TCM Constitution and TCM syndrome types,to investigate the relationship between hyperuricemia TCM Constitution Types and types of TCM syndromes,in order to understand the predisposition and common syndrome type of hyperuricemia,and provide new ideas for clinical application in medicine for the prevention and treatment of hyperuricemia and gout and other complications.Method: According to the standard of cases,90 cases of hyperuricemia were selected in the outpatient and inpatient department of Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital.Through collecting the clinical symptoms of patients,summarizing and summarizing,objectively filling out the hyperuricemia Chinese medicine quality table and TCM syndrome questionnaire,analyzing and summarizing the main constitution types and common TCM syndrome types of hyperuricemia patients.Result: 1.TCM type of Constitution: gentle quality 52 people,Dampness-heat constitution 10 people,phlegm-dampness constitution 8 people,blood stasis quality 7 people,5 people of qi deficiency,yang deficiency 5 people,2 people of qi-stagnation constitution,yin deficiency 1 people,the stasis quality of 0 people;the gentle quality of cases,12 people tend to phlegm dampness,9 people tend to blood stasis,7 people are inclined to damp heat,Yang deficiency tends to 3 people,3 people tend to Qi deficiency,yin deficiency tends to 2.2.TCM syndrome types: flat and quality in the common syndrome type of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(28.8%),spleen dampness(17.3%),spleen deficiency and dampness heat syndrome(13.5%);the common syndrome type of damp heat is dampness heat of spleen deficiency(70%);spleen deficiency syndrome of phlegm is the common syndrome of phlegm-dampness constitution(62.5%);the common syndrome type of blood stasis is qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(57.1%).The common syndromes in all cases were qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(24.4%),spleen deficiency phlegm dampness syndrome(16.6%)and spleen deficiency dampness heat syndrome(15.5%).Conclusion: 1.The common physical types of hyperuricemia are as follows: gentle quality,Dampness-heat constitution,phlegm-dampness constitution and blood stasis quality,among which gentle quality is the main factor.The tendencies of the physique in the gentle quality of the majority(69.2%),The first three of the tendentious physique are also phlegm-dampness constitution,blood stasis syndrome and Dampness-heat constitution.2.The common syndrome types of hyperuricemia are qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,spleen deficiency phlegm damp syndrome and spleen deficiency dampness resistance heat syndrome.
