Clinical Observation On Syndrome Of Insomnia In The Patients With Liver Stagnation And Gall Heat Type With Shuyu Anmian Decoction

Objective Through clinical observation of the patients before and after the treatment of Chinese medicine syndrome score,Pittsburgh sleep quality score changes,Shuyu Anmian Decoction on Liver stagnation and gall heat insomnia clinical effect,so as to better guide the clinical.Methods From April 2017 to January 2018,in the third affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,60 patients with insomnia of treated with the standard were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group in 30 cases.Treatment group oral Chinese herbal Medicine Shuyu Anmian Decoction,the control group of oral administration of Estazolam Tablets.2 weeks for a course of treatment,two treatments.TCM Symptom score and PSQI Index score were used to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the two groups before and after treatment.Result 1 Before treatment,the sex,age,course of disease,TCM syndrome score,Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score of the two groups were not significantly different(p>0.05),indicating that two groups of data could be compared.2 After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%,the total effective rate of control group was 80%,the difference of curative effect of two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05),which indicated that the effect of Shuyu Anmian was better than that of Estazolam Tablets.3 Comparison of TCM syndromes: Group contrast after treatment:The score of TCM syndromes in treatment group and control group was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Compared betweenthe group after treatment:The score of TCM syndromes in treatment group decreased significantly compared with that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05)4 Comparison of PSQI: Group contrast after treatment: The scores of PSQI and components of the treatment group and control group were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Compared betweenthe group after treatment: The treatment group PSQI score,PSQI each component scoring treatment group were obviously decreased compared to the control group,the difference has the statistical significance(p<0.05).Conclusion 1 Shu Amian decoction has clear clinical effect on Liver stagnation and gall heat insomnia.It is superior to estazolam tablets in reducing the TCM score,PSQI total score and various components score of patients with liver biliary insomni2 Shuyu Anmian Decoction is safe,no adverse reaction.
