| Objective:Through the application of spasmolysis and regulating curve therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylosis radiculopathy(CSR),using the pain scale sco re(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS),the score of cervical spondylosis treatment and efficacy standards as the clinical index,to evaluate the curative effect of the therapy on CSR,and to explore the mechanism the therapy theory.Methods:Selection 60 cases of the CSR from Chinese medicine hospital of henan pr ovince(the second affiliated hospital of Henan University of TCM)since the April 2017 to December 2017,which conform the diagnostic criteria of CSR,the standard of cold-dampness type.According to the order of patients’ treat ment,it adopts the principle of random divided into three groups: spasmolysis group,regulating curve group and combined group,20 cases in each group.Spasmolysis group 20 cases,male 12 cases,8 cases of female,aged 33~52(41.15±5.59)years,course 1.1~3.6(2.37±0.79)years.Regulating curve group20 cases,male 11 cases,9 cases of female,aged 32~53(42.15±6.62)years,c ourse 1.5~3.6(2.47±0.69)years.Combined group 20 cases,male 10 cases,10 cases of female,aged 30~53(39.95±6.64)years,course 1.5~3.8(2.41±0.71)years.Before treatment in the Spasmolysis group,the VAS score was 5.95±0.39 points,the conscious symptom score was 3.60±0.50 points,the clinical e xamination score was 6.90±0.85 points,the daily life action score was 2.75±0.44 points,the total score of cervical spondylosis treatment was 13.25±0.79 po ints.Before treatment in the regulating curve group,the VAS score was 6.00±0.32 points,the conscious symptom score was 3.45±0.51 points,the clinical examination score was 6.90±0.72 points,the daily life action score was 2.70±0.47 points,the total score of cervical spondylosis treatment was 13.05±0.89 points.Before treatment in the combined group,the VAS score was 6.05±0.39 points,theconscious symptom score was 3.25±0.44 points,the clinical examin ation score was 6.75±0.64 points,the daily life action score was 2.70±0.47 p oints,the total score of cervical spondylosis treatment was 12.70±0.98 points.Three groups of patients with sex,age,disease duration,VAS score before tr eatment,conscious symptom score,clinical examination score,daily life action score and total score oftotal score of cervical spondylosis treatment and com parison of general information(P>0.05),there were no significant differences between the three groups of patients,data were comparable.The Spasmolysis group was given traditional Chinese medicine orally,manipulated and function al exercise.The regulating curve group was given traction,manipulation and functional exercise.The combined group was given traditional Chinese medici ne,traction,manipulation and functional exercise.The efficacy of three group s before treatment,after treatment and 3 months after treatment were evaluate d by VAS score,score of cervical spondylosis treatment and efficacy standard s as the clinical index,and compare the three groups differences before and after the treatment and after treatment the curative effect of the differences b etween the three groups.Results:1.After 2 weeks of treatment,the VAS score of the spasmolysis group was2.30±0.47,the VAS score of the regulating curve group was 2.15±0.37,the VA S score of the combined group was 0.30±0.47,and the VAS score of the three group decreased significantly compared with that before treatment,P<0.05,the d ifference was statistically significant.The VAS scores of the combined group wer e significantly lower than those in the spasmolysis group and the regulating cur ve group,and the difference was statistically significant in P<0.05.3 months afte r treatment,the VAS score of the spasmolysis group was 2.20±0.41,the VAS sc ore of the regulating curve group was 2.05±0.39,the VAS score of the combine d group was 0.25±0.44,and the VAS score of the three group was not significa ntly different from that after treatment,P>0.05,the difference was not statistical ly significant.2.After 2 weeks of treatment,the conscious symptom score of the spasmoly sis group was 7.00±0.56,the clinical examination score was 10.75±0.72,the daily life action score was 4.45±0.61,and the total score of cervical spondylosis tr eatment was 22.20±0.89.The conscious symptom score of the regulating curve group was 6.75±0.44,the clinical examination score was 10.50±0.89,the daily l ife action score was 4.55±0.69,and the total score of cervical spondylosis treat ment score was 21.80±1.01.The conscious symptom score of the combined grou p was 9.50±0.51,the clinical examination score was 12.60±0.50,the daily life a ction score was 5.80±0.41,and the total score of cervical spondylosis treatment score was 27.90±0.91.Three groups after treatment,the conscious symptom sc ore,clinical examination score,daily life action score and cervical spondylosis s core were significantly increased compared with those before treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The score of the combined group w as more obvious than the spasmolysis group and the regulating curve group,an d the difference was statistically significant in P<0.05.After 3 months’ follow-u p,the conscious symptom score of the spasmolysis group was 7.15±0.59,the cli nical examination score was 10.90±0.55,the daily life action score was 4.30±0.47,and the total score of cervical spondylosis treatment was 22.35±0.75.The c onscious symptom score of the regulating curve group was 6.80±0.41,the clinic al examination score was 10.60±0.60,the daily life action score was 4.55±0.61,and the total score of cervical spondylosis treatment score was 21.95±0.76.Th e conscious symptom score of the combined group was 9.65±0.49,the clinical e xamination score was 12.75±0.44,the daily life action score was 5.75±0.44,and the total score of cervical spondylosis treatment score was 28.10±0.72.After 3months of follow-up,the three groups had no significant difference in consciou s symptom score,clinical examination score,daily life action score and total sc ore of treatment.There was no significant difference,P<0.05.3.According to the clinical effect was evaluated,in the spasmolysis group 6cases were cured,6 cases markedly effective,5 cases effective,3 cases ineffec tive,the total effective rate was 85.0%,in the regulating curve group 6 cases were cured,6 cases markedly effective,6 cases effective,2 cases ineffective,th e total effective rate was 90.0%,in the combined group 10 cases were cured,6cases were markedly effective,3 cases effective,1 case ineffective,the total ef fective rate was 95.0%,Compared with the three groups after treatment in the t otal efficiency,there was not statistically difference,P>0.05.After 3 months of foll ow-up,in the spasmolysis group 6 cases were cured,6 cases markedly effective,4 cases effective,4 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 80.0%,in the regulating curve group 6 cases were cured,6 cases markedly effective,5 cases effective,3 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 85.0%,in the combin ed group 10 cases were cured,5 cases were markedly effective,4 cases effectiv e,1 case ineffective,the total effective rate was 95.0%,Compared with the thr ee groups after 3 months of follow-up in the total efficiency,there was not stati stically difference.Conclusion:1.The spasmolysis group and regulating curve group were able to relieve the clinical symptoms of cervical spondylosis radiculopathy,and can improve the function of cervical vertebra,the spasmolysis group release neck muscle adhes ion,relieve muscle spasm,reduce stimulation and nerve root compression,the regulating curve group can correct cervical lordosis,restore cervical radian,c orrect the error cervical small joint.2.In general,the combined application of spasmolysis and regulating curve the rapy is more effective in the treatment of ervical spondylosis radiculopathy.Sp asmolysis and regulating curve therapy is an effective method for clinical trea tment of ervical spondylosis radiculopathy,and has good clinical value. |
