Mouse Nerve Growth Factor Combined Ginkgo Biloba Extract,Vinpocetine And Dexamethasone On Suddendeafness In Clinical Observation

Objective: To investigate the mouse nerve growth factor with Ginkgo biloba extract,vinpocetine and dexamethasone in the treatment of sudden deafness,explore the more effective method for the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods: Choice the 84 cases patients,treated in our department between January 2013 and June 2014,all patients randomly divided into two groups including experimental group(mouse nerve growth factor + Ginkgo biloba extract,vinpocetine and dexamethasone)and control group(Ginkgo biloba extract,vinpocetine and dexamethasone),each group were 42 cases,we divided each group into three groups including in high frequency,low frequency and full frequency hearing descent.Compared with the clinical efficacy of two groups,and the situation of improved hearing descent and concurrent symptoms.Results: 1.The treatment effect comparison between the experimental group and control group,the total effectiveness of experimental group was80.95%,higher than the control group,X2 = 6.323,P = 0.028,significant difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);2.The experimental group patients were(23.87 + 15.50)d B higher than the control group(15.4 ± 13.84)d B in improved domain values.3.The experimental group and control group in treatment,the low frequency hearing loss is the highest efficient(P < 0.05);4.The rate of patients with high frequency hearing loss and tinnitus were higher in all of the patients,,and low frequency hearing loss with tinnitus patients were the lower,(P < 0.05);In this experiment,the low frequency hearing loss with tinnitus patients were highest in the total effective rate,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the treatment of total effective rate of the all frequency and high frequency hearing loss with tinnitus has no statistical significance experimental group and control group(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)mouse nerve growth factor combined Ginkgo biloba extract,vinpocetine and dexamethasone was effect in every model of sudden deafness;And the increased auditory threshold was higher than control group.(2)It was the best treatment effect for low frequency hearing loss using mouse nerve growth factor with Ginkgo biloba extract,vinpocetine and dexamethasone.mouse nerve growth factor can increase the effective of sudden deafness.(3)It was effect in every model of sudden deafness with tinnitus.The high frequency hearing loss with tinnitus were the highest incidence of patients,low frequency hearing loss with tinnitus were the lowest incidence of patients.The treatment effect for low frequency hearing loss with tinnitus patients was better.
