| The thesis mainly reported studies on chemical constituents of one medicinal plant Podocarpus imbricatus.Totally 47 compounds were isolated and identified from the plant,of which 8 for new compounds.By solvent extraction,normal phase silica gel column chromatography,MCI column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and so on,47 compounds were isolated from the leaves of Podocarpus imbricatus.All of their structures were established on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analyses,including simple aromatic compounds,sesquiterpenoids,diterpenoids,steroids and other types.They are imbricatusols A-H(1-8),stigmasta-B-nor-6β-formyl-3β,5β-diol(9),solalyratin B(10),vomifoliol(11),loliolide(12),4(15)-eudesmane-1β,5α-diol(13),4(15)-eudesmane-1β,6α-diol(14),4(15)-eudesmene-1β,7α-diol(15),4(15)-eudesmene-1β,7α-diol(16),6-eudesmene-1β,4β-diol(17),euadesma-4-ene-1β,15-diol(18),(7R*)-opposit-4(15)-ene-1β,7-diol(19),(7R*)-opposite-4(15)-ene-1β,7α-diol(20),(7R*)-opposite-4(15)-ene-1β,11-diol(21),oplopanone(22),aromadendrane-4β,10α-diol(23),(-)-alloaromadendran-4β,10β-diol(24),aromadendrane-4β,10β-diol(25),4α-hydroxy-10β-methoxy-1β-H,5β-H-aromadendrane(26),(+)-aphanamol I(27),isodauc-6-ene-10β,14-diol(28),(-)-clovane-2,9-diol(29),negunfurol(30),15-nor-14-oxolabda-8(17),12E-diene-18-oic acid(31),fokihodgin F(32),henrilabdane C(33),14(15)-bisno-13-oxolabd-8(17),11(E)-die-19-oic acid(34),15,16-bisnor-8,17-epoxy-13-oxolabd-11E-en-19-oic acid(35),13-dien-18-oic acid(36),14α-hydroxyisopimaric acid(37),(+)-7-oxo-13-ep-pimara-14,15-dien-18-oic acid(38),7α-hydroxysandaracopimaric acid(39),lambertic acid(40),hinokiol(41),6β-hydroxyferruginol(42),6,12-dihydroxyabieta-5,8,11,13-tetraen-7-one(43),margoclin(44),6,7-dehydroferruginol(45),2,3-dihydroxyferruginol(46),1α,3β-dihydroxytotarol(47).Compounds 1-8 were new compounds.Except compound 44 others were isolated from Podocarpus imbricatus for the first time.The cytotoxic activity of Some diterpenoid compounds were investigated.Compounds 1,3,and 4 showed inhibitory effects against the different cancer cell lines. |
