Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of edaravone combined with nimodipine in the treatment of acute massive cerebral infarction.Method: Select the Yixing City People’s Hospital neurology department of Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University from June 2013 to June 2016 were diagnosed as acute large area cerebral infarction 101 patients, were in accordance with the "diagnostic criteria of diagnosis" of various cerebrovascular diseases in different regimens according to,they will be divided into control group and observation group, the control group of 53 people, respectively.Male 29,female 24;aged 43-70 years, mean age 55.3±2.4 years;neurological deficit(NIHSS)score was 20.82±11.13,in the course of treatment,to infusion, anti infection, aspirin anticoagulant, anti platelet aggregation, cholesterol lowering statin and mannitol in reducing intracranial pressure, reduce brain edema and other conventional treatment of acute cerebral infarction; The observation group of 48 people,respectively,26 male and 22 female;aged 44-71 years, mean age 57.1±2.1 years;neurological deficit(NIHSS)score was 21.23±10.92,the treatment is given to the Edaravone Injection 30 mg on the basis of the control group, with 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection 100 ml,intravenous drip,30 min infusion,2 times daily with 0.9% + Nimodipine Injection 12 mg,Sodium Chloride Injection 500 ml,intravenous infusion, once a day,for 10 days, after oral Nimodipine Tablets 60 mg,3 times daily for 5 days, two groups were treated for 15 days. Two groups of patients before treatment compared with the sex and age,NIHSS score and other basic information, there were no significant differences(P>0.05),after treatment,to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups, and CRP before and after treatment, and the degree of neurological deficit(NIHSS,CSS,ADL)score and the incidence of adverse reactions such as the results of the analysis, determine the application value of edaravone combined with nimodipine on patients with acute cerebral infarction,so as to make some preparations for the follow-up study.Results:1.After two weeks of treatment, the relevant indicators of the control group andthe observation group were successfully detected, and obtained the relevant results;2.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);3.Before treatment, two groups of patients with the degree of CRP,NIHSS,CSS,ADL scores were no significant differences(P > 0.05);4.After treatment, two groups of patients with CRP,NIHSS,CSS,ADL scores were significantly lower in the same group before treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05);5.No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment, edaravone combined with nimodipine in the treatment of acute large area cerebral infarction is effective, can improve the degree of neurological impairment, and no adverse reactions occur.
