Objective:1 To investigate the scores of anxiety and depression in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis(CRS).2 Patients with chronic rhinosinusitis(CRS)of depression,anxiety state is changed that after nasal endoscopic surgery and medicine comprehensive treatment.3 Compare with healthy people to evaluate whether CRS still has anxiety and depression after comprehensive treatment.Methods:260 cases of CRS patients were selected as the treatment group.Self-Rating anxiety scale(SAS)and Beck Depression Inventory(BDI)were completed before and after operation for 3 months and 12 monthslater.100healthy persons were taken as control group.Results:1.The preoperative SAS score in CRS group was significantly higher than that in control group(t=5.702,P<0.05).3 months after operation the score was lower than that before operation(t=7.305,P<0.05).The score at 12 months after operation was significantly lower than that at 3 months after operation(t=3.149,P<0.05).The difference is statistically significant.The score at 3 months after operation was still higher than that in the control group(t=2.551,P<0.05).The difference is statistically significant.There was no significant difference in postoperative 12 months between the control group and the control group.(t=0.753,P>0.05).2.The preoperative BDI score in CRS group was significantly higher than that in control group(t=4.773,P<0.05).3 months after operation the score was lower than that before operation(t=6.303,P<0.05).The score at 12 months after operation was lower than that at 3 months after operation(t=1.975,P<0.05).The difference is statistically significant.The score of 3 months after operation is still higher than that of control group(t=1.995,P<0.05).The difference is statistically significant.There was no significant difference between the 12 months after operation and the control group(t=0.662,P>0.05).There were no severe anxiety and depression in both groups.Conclusions:Patients with chronic rhinosinusitis are more likely to develop anxiety and depression than healthy people.After comprehensive treatment,the negative emotions of the patients were improved compared with those before treatment.Anxiety and depression tend to normal 12 months after operation.
