Study On The Medication Rule And Academic Thought On The Differentiation And Treatment Of CKD By Professor Zhang Bo

Clinical professor Zhang Bo has been engaged in TCM clinical work for more than 40 years,familiar with the classics,devoting himself to researching,rich experience and is good at using the TCM theory and the famous doctors in the treatment of Kidney disease and various difficult and complicated disease.In 1990,Being the student of the national famous TCM doctor Guo Zhongyuan has become the first batch of academic experience successor of national famous TCM doctors;In 2005,learning from national famous TCM master,Professor Lu Zhizheng,become the successor of his academic thought and clinical experience.Zhang Bo's famous TCM studio has been established for more than 4 years.He is the famous TCM doctor in Baoding and the excellent TCM doctor of Hebei province.This topic with methods of following-up with the teacher,communication,collection and summary of related medical records of chronic kidney disease,studying on the medication rule of the syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic kidney disease.Objective: this paper through the collection of medical records,mesmerize the medication rule by Professor Zhang Bo of chronic kidney disease and analysis the thoughts and experience of tutor;through the medication rule from the prescription,find the academic thoughts of on the treatment of chronic kidney disease by Professor Zhang Bo and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods: With normal following-up,has collected 121 patients of chronic kidney disease or previous chronic kidney disease with complete records who has taken the treatment in Zhang Bo's famous TCM studio from December,2016 to December,2017;establish the Excel database,collect and sort the case information;using Excel and SPSS19.0 software,analysis of statistical data by using frequency statistics and Logistic regression analysis method.Results: 1.The treatment of chronic kidney disease is mainly divided into 8 types,mainly including damp-heat syndrome,water-wet syndrome and spleen and kidney deficiency.2.The basic medication for the treatment of chronic kidney disease : hedyotis diffusa,herba leonuri,astragalus,Poria cocos,panax quinquefolius(or gradix pseudostellariae),Rhizoma Chuanxiong,leech,plantain,rhizoma alismatis,herba lycopi,coix seed,the root of fangji,folium eriobotryae,grifola umbellata,indian strawberry,pericarpium arecae and frutus amomi.3.Between the traditional Chinese medicine and syndrome type(P<0.01).4.The efficacy of drug commonly used: main drug for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis is herba leonuri,leech,Rhizoma Chuanxiong;antipyretics is Hedyotis diffusa,indian strawberry,redix scutellariae,and gypsum fibrosum;Tonic medicine is astragalus,panax quinquefolius,and radix pseudostellariae;damp-clearing drug is poria cocos,plantain,coix seed,rhizoma alismatis.5.Various types of commonly used drug efficacy: Spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome mainly use tonify deficiency drugs,blood stasis and dampness medicine;Yin deficiency mainly use tonify deficiency drugs,heat-clearing drugs and blood stasis;Deficiency of yin and yang mainly use tonify deficiency drugs,heat-clearing drugs and blood stasis;The treatment of liver Qi stagnation is treatment of Qi medicine,dampness medicine and blood stasis;Dampness syndrome mainly use tonify deficiency drugs,damp-clearing drug and blood stasis;Damp heat mainly use dampness and heat drugs,and blood stasis and tonify deficiency drugs;Phlegm dampness mainly use tonify deficiency drugs,phlegm medicine for relieving cough and asthma,and blood stasis and damp-clearing drug;Stagnation mainly use blood stasis medicine to remove blood stasis drugs,damp-clearing drug,heat-clearing drugs and tonify deficiency drugs.Conclusion: 1.In the process of diagnosis of the disease,the syndrome differentiation and treatment,with the addition and subtraction of the CD card,and words direct.2.Tonify deficiency,dampness and heat cleaning,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis are basic treatment,and for the treatment of prescription need to be flexible.On the treatment of the disease,pay attention to the correlation of dampness and blood stasis.
