Objective:In recent years,the diagnosis and treatment of amblyopia has penetrated into the level of neurobiology and psychophysics,as well as the continuous exploration of the way of diagnosis and treatment of perceptual learning and the plasticity of the visual central nerve.Perceptual learning breaks through the traditional limitations of amblyopia treatment.It has been proved to be a fast and effective method.It can be foreseen that perceptual learning will provide a broad prospect for the treatment of amblyopia.In this paper,we discuss the role and advantages of perceptual learning in the treatment of refractory amblyopia and its relationship with related visual function indicators.Refractory amblyopia refers to patients with amblyopia who have been treated with regular spectacles and covering for one year or more,but the best corrected visual acuity is increased by less than 1 row.Methods:Clinical case-control study.44 cases of anisometropic amblyopia were collected in the outpatient department of Shanxi ophthalmology hospital.All cases were one eye of refractory amblyopia,the corrected visual acuity was less than 0.8,the side eyes were normal eyes and the corrected visual acuity was equal to 1.0.44 patients were randomly divided into two groups,and 22 cases in each group.22 patients were treated with visual perception double eye function training(IT training)and used as the experimental observation group.Another group of 22 patients was used as the experimental controlgroup and train the amblyopia therapeutic apparatus.The visual acuity,stereopsis,perceptual eye position and fixation stability were measured before and after 6 months of training,and the parameters before and after training were compared and analyzed.And the correlation between each group was analyzed.Results:1.The gaze stability of normal subjects and amblyopic eyes were compared.Chi square test was used to test whether there was significant difference in gaze stability between normal eyes and amblyopic eyes.The results showed that there was a significant difference in fixation stability between normal eyes and amblyopia(p=0.001<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.2.The visual acuity before and after the training of the subjects were compared,and the visual acuity before and after the training was tested by paired T test.The test results showed that the visual acuity of IT before training was 0.71±0.11,and the visual acuity of IT recovery group was 0.93 ± 0.17.The visual acuity of IT recovery group was higher than that of IT before training.T test showed that there was a significant difference in visual acuity between IT training group and IT recovery group(p=0.000<0.05).After IT training,visual acuity improved significantly.The visual acuity before training was 0.69 ± 0.14,and the visual acuity in the recovery group was 0.75±0.12.The visual acuity in the instrument recovery group was higher than that before the instrument training.There was a significant difference in visual acuity between the instrument recovery group and the instrument recovery group after t examination(p=0.001<0.05).After the training of the instrument,the eyesight has been improved accordingly.After IT training,improve the visual acuity of 0.22 ± 0.21,instrument training,improve the visual acuity of 0.06 ± 0.07,IT training after the visual acuity is greater than the instrument training,by t test,there was significant difference between the IT and enhance the training instrument training on visual acuity(p=0.003<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.3.The perceptual eye position of the subjects before and after the training were compared,and the chi square test was used to test the significant difference in the perceptual eye position before and after the training.The results showed that there was significant difference(p=0.023<0.05)between the perceptual eyes of the IT before training and the IT recovery group,and the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference between the perceptual eye position of the instrument before training and the instrument recovery group(p=0.794>0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant.It can be seen that the effect of IT recovery is better than that of the instrument.4.The contrast of stereopsis before and after the training of the subjects was tested by chi square test.There were no significant differences between the stereopsis function before and after the training.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the stereopsis function before IT training and the IT recovery group(p>0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant.There was no significant difference between the stereopsis function of the instrument before training and the instrument recovery group(p=1.000>0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:For the patients with refractory amblyopia,visual perception learning is used to treat and train them systematically.Compared with the traditional methods of amblyopia,the visual acuity is faster and the perceptual eye recovery is better.This provides a safe and effective new method for the clinical treatment of amblyopia.In this study,there is no statistically significant difference in the stereoscopic vision before and after the training of IT and the amblyopia therapy instrument.It may be due to the large age of the patients collected and the refractory amblyopia,which still needs further observation. |
