Flavored Shoot Dry Ephedra Soup Treating Bronchial Asthma With Acute Clinical Curative Effect Observation Kechuanluo Decoction

Objective: This study is to observe flavored shoot dry ephedra soup in treating bronchial asthma patients with acute phase of TCM symptoms and signs,pulmonary function(FEV1%,FEV1 / FVC %),exhaled nitric oxide(Fe NO),blood eosinophils(EOS),the influence of the evaluation of flavored shoot dry ephedra soup in treating bronchial asthma with acute stage.To expand the way of treating bronchial asthma with acute period,and accumulate some materials for the research of the disease of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Methods: The subjects of this study cases from chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital respiratory outpatient and hospitalization collected 60 cases in bronchial asthma patients with acute phase of the diagnostic criteria of inpatient and outpatient,test method with simple randomized way to divide the cases into treatment group and contrast the elder sister.Control group,30 cases in the control group: given conventional western medicine treatment;In observation group of 30 cases,on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy,treatment with TCM flavored shoot dry ephedra soup for two weeks.Observe two groups of patients before and after the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral,ACT score,pulmonary function(FEV1,FEV1 / FVC),Fe NO,EOS index data,and carries on the statistical processing and analysis.Results: 1.This study treatment group fall off in 1 case,the control fall off in 2 cases,the remaining cases are completed smoothly.Treatment group and control group before treatment of gender,age,degree of disease,Chinese medicine symptom integral,ACQ7 score,pulmonary function(FEV1%,FEV1 / FVC %),Fe NO,there was no statistical significance(P > 0.05)difference EOS,comparable.2.According to the statistical data shows that: the main symptoms of TCM symptoms in patients with(cough,cough up phlegm,wheezing,then the sound and wheezing sound)and ACQ7 score before and after treatment group,treatment group and control group had significant difference(P < 0.05),compared the two groups after treatment,the treatment group than the control group was statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.3.Compared two groups of curative effect,the effective rate was 93% in treatment group,the control effectiveness 85%,compare the difference between groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.4.After treatment of lung function FEV1 % and FEV1 / FVC %,Fe NO and EOS were significantly difference than before treatment(P < 0.05),compared two groups,the treatment group than the control group was statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),the treatment group in improving the patients’ lung function,Fe NO and EOS is better than the control group.Conclusion: flavored shoot dry ephedra soup in treating bronchial asthma with acute stage in the near future curative effect is good,can improve the main symptom,thus improving the quality of life of patients,flavored shoot dry ephedra soup in treating bronchial asthma with acute stage have certain advantages,is worth promoting.
