Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Flavored Belamcanda Sinensis And Ephedra Decoction Combined With Western Medicine In Treating Acute Attack Stage Of Asthma

ObjectiveTo anslyze the clinical efficacy of flavored belamcanda sinensis and ephedra decoction combined with western medicine in treating acute attack stage of asthma and to compare its effect with that of routine western medicine therapy.Methods62 patients matching the inclusion of this research criteria with acute attack stage of asthma were randomly divided into treatment group(31 cases)and control group(31 cases).The control group according to the consensus of Chinese experts on assessment and treatment of acute exacerbations of asthma combined with the patient’scondition using western medicine.The treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.It’s a seven-day treatment.Record Analysis:general information(gender,age,BMI,smoking),FEV1%,FeNO,PaO2,EOS,serum IgE detection,EOS% of BALE and other data.All subjects took fasting venous blood and bronchoalveolar lavage before 8:00 a.m..The difference between the control group andthe treatment group was analyzed before and after treatment.Results1.There was no significant difference in general information between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05,comparable.2.TCM syndrome points:There was no significant difference in the total score,wheezing,cough,sputum,chest tightness and wheezing rale between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05,comparable.The total score,wheezing,cough,sputum,chest tightness,wheezing rale,individual symptoms and signs before and after treatment were statistically analyzed,with statistical differences,P<0.05.Analyzing the data between the two groups after the treatment and the comparison between the difference betweenthe two groups,the treatment group was better than the control group,with significan difference,P<0.05.3.Clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine: This study treatment group fall off in 2 cases,the control fall off in 1 case,a total of 59 cases were completed,the remaining cases are completed smoothly.This topic observation showed that,the total effective rate of treatment group was 93.10%,the total effective rate of control group was 86.67%,the treatment group was superior to the control group,the difference was significant,P<0.05.4.There was no significant difference in FeNO,FEV1%,PaO2,serum IgE detection and EOS between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05,comparable.There were significant differences in FeNO,FEV1%,PaO2,serum IgE detection and EOS in treatment group before and after treatment,P<0.05.There were significant differences in FeNO,FEV1%,PaO2,serum IgE detection and EOS in control group before and after treatment,P<0.05.There were significant differences in FeNO,FEV1%,PaO2,serum IgE detection,EOS and EOS% of BALE between the two groups after treatment,P<0.05.The levels of FEV1% and PaO2 in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of FeNO,serum IgE detection,EOS and EOS% in the treatment group were significantly lower than thosein the control group(P<0.05).5.There were no obvious adverse event in observed in either group during therapy.ConclusionFlavored belamcanda sinensis and ephedra decoction combined with western medicine has better clinical effect in improving the symptom compared with western medicine.The short-term safety of flavored belamcanda sinensis and ephedra decoctionwas good.However,due to the limited research conditions,the long-term effect,absolute safety of drugs and specific therapeutic targets are not clear.Further researchand exploration are necessary.
