Objective:The pathogenesis of gastric cancer is a complicated process with multiple factors and multiple steps. The gastric cancer is a abnormal proliferation and metastasis caused by environmental factors and genetic factors.Different types of gastric cancer have different pathogenesis. The pathogenesis and treatment of different types of gastric cancer are different.Lauren classification of gastric cancer is the most common clinical classification. The objective of this study was to study the differences in expression of HGF in intestinal gastric cancer and diffuse gastric cancer, and to analyze the correlation between the two.To provide ideas and basis for early diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer. Methods:A total of 42 cases were collected from April 2017 to December 2017 in the oncology department of shanxi medical university and diagnosed as gastric cancer by pathological examination.Regard these patients as experimental group.Gastric cancer patients in the experimental group were divided into intestinal type gastric cancer group and diffuse gastric cancer group according to the Lauren classification standard. At the same time, the patients who had been examined by gastroscopy and had been excluded gastric cancer were collected,as a control group, and collect their serum. The HGF levels in the experimental group and the normal control group were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The mean value of HGF was calculated, and the difference between the two groups was compared by t-test.The difference was statistically significant with P<0.05,and all data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0statistical software.Results:1.The expression level of serum HGF in the diffuse gastric cancer group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant compared with P<0.001.2.The expression of serum HGF was different in diffuse gastric cancer group and intestinal gastric cancer group, and the expression of serum HGF in the diffuse gastric cancer group was superior,P=0.006(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.3.The expression level of HGF in intestinal gastric cancer group was higher than that in the control group,P=0.245(P > 0.05),and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant. There was no difference in the expression level of serum HGF in the normal control group and the intestinal type gastric cancer group.Conclusion:1.High HGF expression in serum was associated with diffuse gastric cancer, and the serum HGF level of patients with diffuse gastric cancer was higher than that of normal patients.2.The serum levels of HGF in Lauren parting diffuse gastric cancer with high expression of advantage,in view of HGF/C-MET pathways of targeted drugs, effectiveness in patients with diffuse gastric cancer is bigger,in addition, detect the levels of serum HGF in patients can help distinguish the type of gastric cancer in the organization credit type.3.Serum HGF expression in normal control group was not different from that of HGF in intestinal gastric cancer group, and serum HGF could not provide diagnosis and treatment for patients with intestinal gastric cancer.
