Research On The Management Of "Internet Plus Rural Medical Training" In Fuzhou City

The report of the 19th National Congress clearly stated that the implementation of the Healthy China Strategy,and People's health is an important guarantee for people's happiness and lasting peace and security of the country.In our country where the agricultural population is an absolute proportion,what kind of medical services agricultural population enjoy,what the health level of agricultural population is,to a certain extent,represents the health services of the total nation.Rural doctors,as the most closed to the health guardian of hundreds of millions of farmers,is particularly important in their level of medical technique,medical care service and quality capacity.With the model of Internet plus various traditional industries becoming a new form of economic and social development,Internet plus rural medical training is an inevitable requirement for rural medical training.By the methods of literature research,social survey and others,using observation,questionnaire survey,comparative analysis,field research and other means,this paper,which research object is the rural doctors,investigates the current situation of internet plus rural doctors' training in Fuzhou city,and analyzes its problems,to explore the feasible countermeasures for implementing Internet plus rural medical training.The paper consists of six major parts.The first part mainly expounds the development process of domestic rural doctor training and the related research practice abroad;the second part elaborates the related concepts of Internet plus rural medical education and the theoretical basis;the third part is to analyze the conditions of developing Internet plus Rural Medical Training in Fuzhou;The fourth part is the Present situation analysis and problem analysis of implementing Internet plus rural doctor training in Fuzhou by survey and reports;the fifth part is about attribution analysis of problems in promoting Internet plus rural medical training in Fuzhou city;The sixth part is about the countermeasures for the implementation of Internet plus rural medical training,with emphasis on improving the effectiveness of education and training,improving the quality of grassroots medical personnel,and achieving self-help learning,real-time learning,and lifelong learning.
