Current Situation And Demand Analysis Of Rural Doctor Training In China

Objective: To investigate the basic situation,training and demand of rural doctors in five regions of China,and analyze the training demand and influencing factors of rural doctors in China,so as to provide scientific reference for improving the training policy and improving the training efficiency of rural doctors in China.Methods: Using the method of stratified random sampling,in April 2016-April 2017 selected respectively on behalf of the East,West,South,North,Central and different level of GDP of AnHui province,ShanXi province,GuangXi province,LiaoNing province,HuBei province,2023 rural doctors as investigation object,through the questionnaire on the present situation of rural doctors,investigate the present situation and training needs,training data,using SPSS17.0 analysis,using descriptive analysis and chi-square test to analyze the results.Results: 1.Among the 1658 rural doctors surveyed,there were fewer females and more elderly ones.Education is technical secondary school and the following,full-time undergraduate course graduates are few;The distribution of licensed physicians is uneven;The working time is 20-30 years;The training frequency was once every 2-3 months.The duration is more than half a month;The training form teacher leads the apprentice most,the distance education least;Most of the training was aimed at improving preventive health care,and most of them did not participate in the training because the training content was not helpful to the actual work and the training method was not suitable.2.After single factor analysis,it was concluded that the difference in training place,duration and teachers of rural doctors was statistically significant in terms of education background,region and the situation of licensed doctors.Conclusion: The training of rural doctors is a systematic and complex project.All regions need to carry out effective training activities in combination with their own economic conditions and training needs,so as to cultivate excellent medical talents that can be rooted in and serve rural areas.
