| Purpose Through studying the understanding,research and treatment Progress of TCM on functional diarrhea,and combining with the clinical experience of the tutor,the study was conducted on the clinical curative effect of the treatment of functional diarrhea in spleen deficiency by tong yang li shui method,and further promoted.Method The 62 patients were all from Shandong province,Qingdao Haici Medical Group,aged between 18 and 70.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group with flavored five three oral treatment,and the control group adopts the montmorillonite powder with berberine therapy,the treatment lasts 4 weeks,then observe the two groups before and after treatment in patients with symptoms and integral improvement and change.Statistical methods were used to analyze the clinical indicators of the two groups before and after treatment,the main syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine and the quantitative evaluation of secondary syndromes,and the observation of the safety indicators of patients in the two groups.Result Two groups of patients after treatment in traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral,primary symptom always stool properties,stool frequency symptoms integral and time integral in comparison between groups,group were significant difference(P < 0.05),after treatment symptoms integral observation group was obviously lower than the control group;The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.10%,the total effective rate of the control group was 67.97%,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P < 0.05).The effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion Five three flavored with pixu(spleen deficient)wet type functional diarrhea effect is remarkable,significantly improve the nature of the feces and defecation times wait for a symptom,improve patient quality of life,has certain security,can be in clinical promotion. |
