Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease(Phlegm-heat Stasis Syndrome) With Helicobacter Pylori Infection With Heart Stomach Therapy

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Erchen decoction combined with Taohong Siwu decoction on the Phlegm-heat stasis syndrome of stable angina pectoris with Hp infection,and to explore the clinical efficacy of heart stomach therapy.Methods According to the Principle of random control,the 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group 30 cases(conventional western medicine therapy),and treatme nt group 30 cases(conventional western medicine plus Erchen decoction combined with Taohong Siwu decoction treatment).To observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment,ECG efficacy,the serum lipid level,inflammatory factor level and the efficacy of the treatment group against helicobacter Pylori.Results(1)Clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of angina in the treatment group is 90%,which is better than 60% in the control group,P<0.05;The number of angina pectoris and the duration of angina were better than the control group P<0.01;The total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was 76.7%,which was 30% higher than that in the control group,P<0.01;The reduction rate of nitroglycerin in thetreatment group was 63.3%,compared with 36.7% in the control group,P<0.01;The total effective rate of ECG in the treatment group was 73.33%,better than the control group 46.67%,P < 0.01;The total load of myocardial ischemia in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,P<0.01;(2)Laboratory examination: The improvement of TC,LDL-C,hs-CRP and MPO in the treatment group was superior to that of the control group,P<0.01;(3)Efficacy analysis of anti-helicobacter Pylori in the treatment group: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 80%,and the eradication rate was 46.67%,and there was no obvious improvement in the control group.Conclusion Erchen decoction combined with Taohong Siwu decoction is effective and safe in treating stable angina pectoris with phlegmheat stasis syndrome combined with Hp infection.It can effectively relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris,and has significant effect on TCM syndrome;It can effectively improve the ECG ischemic manifestations and the level of serum lipids and inflammatory factors,and has significant clinical effect;improving myocardial bloodsupply;It can in hibit helicobacter pylori infection to a certain extent.
