Objective:Siwutang treatment of unstable angina pectoris was observed in patients with symptoms of angina, nitroglycerin stopped by rate of TCM symptoms and whole blood viscosity changes by flavored pink, flavored clear clinical efficacy of Taohongsiwutang. Methods:All cases were from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine selected in December 2014-December 2015 hospitalized patients with 60 cases, divided into treatment and control groups, control group received conventional Western medicine treatment group based in Western conventional therapy Modified the plus Taohongsiwutang.3 weeks for a course of treatment, efficacy evaluation. Observed and analyzed before and after treatment symptoms of angina, nitroglycerin stop rate reduction, TCM syndrome and blood low and high shear viscosity changes. Results: â‘ Comparison of angina improve the situation:the control group, the total effective rate was 83.33%; total effective rate was 96.67%, respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). â‘¡TCM syndrome total effective:the control group, the total efficiency of 80.00%; the treatment group, the total efficiency of 86.67%; in comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)â‘¢Nitroglycerin stopped by rate comparisons:the control group was stopped by 70.00%; stopped by treatment group was 86.67%, the statistical test p<0.05, the difference was statistically significant â‘£WBV more convenient:the treatment group and the control group after treatment, high shear whole blood viscosity p> 0.05, no statistical significance; low shear whole blood viscosity P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1. Modified Taohongsiwutang can improve the symptoms of patients with unstable angina pectoris ASDP patients and improve the overall efficacy of TCM symptoms and reduced nitroglycerin stopped by rate.2.Modified Taohongsiwutang can reduce unstable angina patients ASDP low shear whole blood viscosity level.3.Modified Taohongsiwutang of high shear whole blood viscosity of no significant advantage. |
