Clinical Study Of Wendan Decoction Combined With Siwu Decoction In The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease With Stable Angina Pectoris(Phlegm And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Wendan Decoction and Siwu Decoction in treating angina pectoris patients with angina pectoris,the frequency of angina pectoris and the changes of blood lipids,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Wendan Decoction and Siwu Decoction in treating the disease,and to provide a theoretical basis and feasible ideas and methods for the study of angina pectoris.Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups.They were randomly divided into the control group and the test group,30 cases in the control group and the test group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The experimental group was treated with the traditional western medicine on the basis of Wendan Decoction Combined with the decoction of four substances.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks,and the number of angina pectoris attacks,duration and duration of the two groups before and after treatment were observed,respectively.The dosage of nitroglycerin and the effect of TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,TCM syndrome,the three major routine,liver and kidney function,TCM symptom score and other changes and adverse reactions were observed.Results:after 4 weeks of treatment,the symptom score,total score and clinical curative effect of the two groups were obviously improved,and the experimental group was obviously better than the control group(P < 0.05).The difference was significant and statistically significant.The effect of blood lipid,angina pectoris,duration,nitroglycerin dosage,electrocardiogram effect,and so on were significant and significant.The difference between the experimental group and the control group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05),and the difference between the two groups before and aftertreatment and the liver and kidney function except the blood lipid were no obvious abnormal changes(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Wendan Decoction of invigorating the spleen and removing phlegm and activating blood and removing stasis can improve the clinical symptoms and indexes of angina pectoris patients with phlegm and stasis syndrome,and the effect is better than that of the control group with the treatment of Western medicine alone,and no obvious adverse reaction is found.
