Observation Of Curative Effect Of Damp Heat Clearing Combined With Acupoint Self-blood Therapy In The Treatment Of Acne With Damp Heat In The Stomach

OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy of damp-heat combined with acupoint self-administered blood therapy in the treatment of gastrointestinal damp-heat acne,The quality of life changes for the clinical treatment of acne to provide optimal treatment for grass-roots hospitals to promote Chinese medicine to provide appropriate clinical basis for the project.Methods:79 patients of acne vulgaris of damp heat type were randomly divided into two groups.40 ones in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine dampness heat combined with acupoint self-blood therapy.The other 39 cases in the control group took damp heat clearing.And both groups,according to the patients’conditions,need Benzalkonium Chloride Solution for moisten compress therapy and Adapalene Gel for external use.The course of treatment was 4 weeks and one further consultation(with a doctor)a week.The clinical effect and adverse reactions after treatment were observed and compared,and the patients’ quality of life before and after treatment was evaluated.One month later after the end of the treatment,the follow-up was given and the recurrence rates of the two groups were examined and compared.Results:The clinical cure rate of treatment group was 72.5%,and effective rate was 92.5%.The cure rate of the control group was 46.2%,and overall effective rate 74.4%.The overall difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate was followed up one month after the treatment.There were two cases in the treatment group,the recurrence rate 6.90%,and six cases in the control group,the recurrence rate 33.33%.Assessment of life quality:Each group had statistical significance before and after treatment(P<0.01),and The scores of the two groups after treatment were also significantly different(P<0.01).The comprehensive effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The combination of dampness and heat combined with acupoints has been effective in the treatment of gastrointestinal damp-heat acne,which can improve the quality of life of patients.The recurrence rate is low,the side effect is small and the safety is high.
