The Study Of The Effect Of Sheng Jiang Tiao Zhong Decoction On The Clinical Efficacy And Intestinal Permeability Of Patients With Sepsis

Objective: Objective to study the effect of Sheng Jiang Tiao Zhong Decoction on intestinal permeability of sepsis patients and sepsis rats,and to explore the mechanism of lifting up and regulating Decoction to reduce intestinal permeability and improve gastrointestinal function.Methods: 1.In clinical study,60 patients with sepsis were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given the standard treatment for western medicine,and the intervention group was treated with the standard treatment of Western medicine and the decoction of Chinese medicine and lifting and regulating Chinese medicine.The changes of D lactic acid,two amine oxidase,plasma endotoxin level,gastrointestinal dysfunction score and TCM symptom score were compared between the two groups after treatment of 24 h,72h and 7d,and the therapeutic effects of two groups were compared.2.The experimental study used CLP method to make sepsis rat model.60 rats were randomly divided into control group,sepsis group,Sheng Jiang Tiao Zhong Decoction group,the control group and in sepsis group,rats were given saline only after 5m L/ rat /24 h,tubefeeding;After be Sheng Jiang Tiao Zhong Decoction 5m L/ rat /24 h,tubefeeding;respectively at 24 and 72 h after the detection of three groups of rats,two D-lactic acid amine oxidase,plasma endotoxin level and intestinal microflora changes,and observed pathological changes and pathological score of intestinal tissue under light microscope.Results: 1.clinical studies showed that after the treatment of 24 h patients in the two group,two D-lactic acid amine oxidase,plasma endotoxin level,gastrointestinal dysfunction score,TCM symptom score between the two groups,P>0.05,no significant difference;the treatment of 72 h,7d two groups of patients after D-lactic acid,two amine oxidase,plasma endotoxin level,gastrointestinal dysfunction score and the TCM symptom score between the two groups,P<0.05,there was significant difference.The results of the two groups were compared,P<0.05,there were statistical differences.2.The experimental study showed that the score of D-lactic acid,two amine oxidase,plasma endotoxin level and small intestine histopathology of rats in the decoction group of 24 h and 72 h was significantly lower than that of the sepsis group(P < 0.01 =.After the model,the number of Enterococcus and Enterococcus in the other two groups increased significantly(P<0.01=,and compared with the control group(P<0.01=.The number of sepsis group was significantly higher than that of the up and down Decoction group(P<0.01).Conclusion: The Sheng Jiang Tiao Zhong Decoction can effectively reduce intestinal permeability,improve gastrointestinal function,improve the therapeutic effect,reduce intestinal permeability,reduce the pathological changes of intestinal mucosa and reduce the degree of intestinal flora disturbance in septic rats.
