Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Ankylosing Spondylitis By Du Moxibustion Combined With Pressing Moxibustion In Improving The Pain Of Attachment Point

Objective: Ankylosing spondylitis patients as the observation object,to observe the clinical curative effect of du moxibustion combined with pressing moxibustion treatment of ankylosing spondylitis in improving the pain of attachment point,to study the mechanism of du moxibustion combined with pressing moxibustion treatment of ankylosing spondylitis in improving the pain of attachment point in-depth,so as to further guide the clinical application.Method: 60 AS patients who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to the Doll’s clinical case random table,30 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with du moxibustion combined with pressing moxibustion therapy and the patients in the control group were given a simple du moxibustion therapy.Analyzed two groups AS patients’ symptom scores、 sign scores、 enthesis pain score、 laboratory index of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)、c reactive protein(CRP),to observe whether the difference of the indexes between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant.Result: After a course of treatment,the attachmen pain of the observation group’s comparison within group had significant difference in improving spinous process of cervical vertebra、lumbar spine process、sacroiliac joint、posterior superior iliac spine、anterior superior iliac spine、iliac crest、heel tendon pain(P<0.01),the attachmen pain of the control group’s comparison within group had significant difference in improving spinous process of thoracic vertebra,lumbar spine process,sacroiliac joint,posterior superior iliac spine and anterior superior iliac spine pain(P<0.01);There were significant differences in the pain of spinous process of cervical vertebra、iliac crest and heel tendon pain(P<0.05)after the treatment between the two group.The study also showed that the main symptoms,the main signs and laboratory indicators had significant differences compared within the two groups after treatment(P<0.01);there was no significant difference in the main symptoms,main signs and laboratory indexes between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in curative effect between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 86.21%.Conclusion: Du moxibustion and du moxibustion combined with pressing moxibustion can effectively improve ankylosing spondylitis.In the aspect of improving the pain of attachment point.Eliminating the pain of attachment actively can not only improve the quality of life of patients,but also can delay the tendon and ligament fibrosis and ossification,which has great significance to control the development of ankylosing spondilitis.Du moxibustion combined with pressing moxibustion is worthy of clinical application...
