Effects Of Electroacupuncture At Acupoints Compatibility And Single Point On Gastroparesis Syndrome

Objective:Establish the reference range of the normal value of gastric emptying function in Shandong region preliminarily,and study the clinical efficacy difference between acupoint compatibility and single point electroacupuncture for gastroparesis to determine whether the acupoint compatibility effect is better than single point.Methods:1.Based on the results of SPECT of gastric emptying in 141 healthy volunteers in Shandong Province,a reference range for the normal value of gastric emptying function in Shandong region is initially established.2.Fifty-one patients who met the criteria of gastroparesis are randomly divided into acupoint combination group（26cases）and single acupoint group（25 cases）.The acupoint combination group is treated with electroacupuncture at the Cv12 and St36 points and the single point group at the Cv12point of electroacupuncture.Both groups continue for 30 minutes,once daily,5times per week for 3 weeks.Observe the gastroparesis symptom severity index（GCSI scale）on two groups of patients score before and after treatment,Gastric residual rate at 180min and gastric emptying time(T_1/2)changes,in order to assess its clinical efficacy.Results:1.SPECT of gastric emptying:The reference standard for delayed gastric emptying is gastric residual rate≥7.13%at 180min or T1/2≥49.46 minutes,the reference standard for rapid gastric emptying is gastric residual rate≤27.41%at 30min or gastric residual rate≤8.22%at 60min.2.After treatment,the GCSI scale scores in the two groups are significantly difference（P<0.01）,Compared with the single-acupoint group,the effect of acupoint compatibility group is significantly difference（P<0.01）;within 180 minutes of gastric residual rate in the two groups,the acupoint compatibility group had a very significant difference（P<0.01）,and there is no significant difference between the single acupoint group before and after treatment（P>0.05）.The compatibility group is significant difference compared with the single-point group（P<0.01）.Compared with the T_1/2/2 between the two groups,the acupoint compatibility group has a very significant difference（P<0.01）,and the single-point group hasn’t significant difference（P>0.05）.In comparison among groups,the acupoint compatibility group is significant difference compared with the single point group（P<0.05）.The total effective rate of acupoint compatibility group is 91.7%,the single acupoint group is 87.5%.Conclusions:St36and Cv12combined acupoint compatibility group is effective for gastroparesis.The efficacy of single point acupuncture on electro-acupuncture for treating gastroparesis is poor,indicating that St36 and Cv12 combined group has a better therapeutic effect than single ones.
