Clinical Study Of Drug Separated Moxibustion And Umbilicus Therapy For Insomnia Of Elderly Patients With Angina Pectoris Due To Heart And Kidney Disharmony

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of herbal medicine-separated moxibustion plus oral western medicine in the treatment of insomnia in elderly patients with angina pectoris by oral western medicine therapy,and to explore a new treatment method for the clinical treatment of insomnia in elderly patients with angina pectoris.Method:60 patients in accordance with the inclusion criteria were divided into 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 in the control group according to the random number table method.The treatment group was treated with medicine separated moxibustion at the umbilicus plus alprazolam,and the control group was treated with alprazolam only.Two groups of patients were observed and recorded before and after the treatment of PSQI score,self-made non cross type insomnia syndrome scores and angina symptoms score,and the data were statistically analyzed to determine the clinical effect.Result:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.10%,which was 75% in the control group,and the total effective rate in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of the scores of the two groups in the PSQI score and the self-designed insomnia syndrome,there was a significant difference between the groups after the treatment and the comparison in the group(P<0.05);The comparison between the two groups in the angina symptom score was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance in the control group(P>0.05),and the treatment group had statistical difference(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The medicine separated moxibustion umbilicus plus alprazolam can reduce the score of PSQI before and after the treatment of the elderly patients with angina pectoris of partial heart and kidney,the score of self-designed insomnia syndrome and angina symptoms,improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with insomnia,and provide a new method for the future clinical treatment of the disease.
