| Objective: By detecting metabolic spectrum of patients’ blood and urea, to find outpotential biological marker and try to derive related metabolic pathways of umbilicalmoxibustion and acupuncture Sanyinjiao on primary dysmenorrheal syndrome, and to tryto find out the mechanisms of them on primary dysmenorrheal syndrome.Methods:20primary dysmenorrheal patients were randomly selected into twotreating groups.By detecting metabolic spectrum of patients’ blood and urea, to find outpotential biological marker and deduce related metabolic pathways of umbilicalmoxibustion and acupuncture Sanyinjiao on primary dysmenorrheal syndrome. Results: Pregnenolone,ProstaglandinE2,Prostaglandin H2, Gamma-Aminobutyricacid, Enkephalin L,Dihydrocortisol,16-Oxoestrone.etc in umbilical moxibustion therapyinvolved Steroid hormone biosynthesis, Histidine Metabolism, Tyrosine Metabolism, neurotransmitters metabolism and opioid peptide process.Eicosapentaenoic acid,15(S)-Hydroxyeicosatrienoic acid,6-Keto-prostaglandin F1a,13E-Tetranor-16-carboxy-LTE4,Homovanillic acid,3,4-Dihydroxybenzeneacetic acid, Dopamine quinine.etc inacupuncture Sanyinjiao therapy involved steroid hormone biosynthesis, HistidineMetabolism, Tyrosine Metabolism, neurotransmitters metabolism process. Conclusion: The metabolic mechanisms of umbilical moxibustion and acupunctureSanyinjiao on primary dysmenorrheal syndrome are to adjust patients, with primarydysmenorrhea abnormal reproductive endocrine hormone level, to improve their nervous, immune, endocrine network status to reduce pain and to improve concomitant symptomsof primary dymenorrhea. The difference is, the metabolic mechanisms of umbilicalmoxibustion involved in nerve-endocrine-immune network. |
