Clinical Observation Of Xiao Yao Powder And Wei Ling Decoction On The Treatment Of Bile Reflux Gastritis With Anxiety And Depression

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of xiaoyao powder and weiling decoction in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis(BRG),and to provide an objective basis for the clinical application of xiaoyao powde r and weiling decoction in the treatment of BRG qi depression and da mp obstruction with anxiety and depression.Methods:Selection into the standard of 80 cases of BRG patients with anxiety depression with and wet resistance syndrome as the resear ch object,the records of patients with clinical data,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group,control grou p to more Pan Li plate,aluminum magnesium carbonate chewable tablets oral treatment,treatment group with xiaoyao powder and weiling or sto mach soup of three Chinese medicine decoction particles free oral treat ment.Both groups 8 weeks after treatment were followed up for 6 mont hs,compared two groups of patients before and after treatment of clinica l symptoms integral,curative effect of TCM syndrome in TCM and selfevaluation of anxiety scale(SAS)score,depression self rating scale(SD S)score,level of bile regurgitation under gastroscope integral,curative eff ect evaluation standard under gastroscope,clinical recurrence rates of cha nge,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:(1)after 8 weeks of treatment,the total score of clinical sy mptoms in the treatment group and the control group was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the total score of symptoms in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Treatment group and control group in clinical symptom score were lower than before treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the treatment group in i mproving the trapped,defecate not great or viscous body,the diagnosis or the new full bilge painful aspect has significant curative effect(P<0.01),in improving the anti acid,gas,dry mouth,bitter mouth,not free,drows iness,less food,stay symptoms have curative effect(P<0.05);The control g roup had significant curative effect in improving acid regurgitation,belch ing,mental drowsiness,epigastric ruffian fullness or distension pain(P<0.01),and had curative effect in improving symptoms of mood disturbance,body tiredness,constipation or sticking(P<0.05).The treatment group wa s significantly better than the control group(P<0.01)inimproving sympto ms of acid regurgitation,dry mouth and bitter mouth,poor mood,and hea vy body sleepiness,and was superior to the control group in improving symptoms of belching,eating less and indolence,mental drowsiness,unc omfortable or sticky stool,and epigastric PI fullness or swelling pain(P<0.05).(2)the SAS and SDS scores in the treatment group were lower th an those before treatment(P<0.05),and significantly lower than those in t he control group(P<0.01).There was no difference between the SAS and SDS scores in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).(3)t he degree of bile reflux was significantly lower in the treatment group and the control group than before treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01),but ther e was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was no difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).(4)the curative effect of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was be tter than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse events occurred in either group.Conclusion:(1)xiaoyao powder and weiling decoction has a good c linical effect on the treatment of patients with qi-stagnation and dampne ss-blocking syndrome BRG accompanied by anxiety and depression.It ca n improve the clinical symptom score,the curative effect of TCM syndr omes,reduce the SAS score and SDS score,and improve the patients’ an xiety and depression;(2)xiaoyao powder and weiling decoction can reduc e the degree of bile reflux under gastroscope and improve the curative effect under gastroscope;(3)xiaoyao powder and weiling decoction has hi gher safety and more stable curative effect in the treatment of BRG,and the recurrence rate is lower than that of the western medicine control group,but its treatment mechanism remains to be discussed in the next step.
