Clinical Observation Of Huangqi Shengmai Dihuang Decoction In Treating Diabetic Sweating Dysfunction (The Type Of Qi-Yin Deficiency)

Objective:Preliminary observation of the clinical efficacy of Huangqi Shengmai Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of diabetic sweating dysfunction(the type of qi-yin deficiency).Methods:This subject collects 80 patients of diabetic sweating dysfunction(the type of qi-yin deficiency)who were treated in the Department of Endocrinology and Geriatrics of Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2017 to December 2018.40 patients were included in the treatment group,40 patients were included in the control group,the treatment group was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine Huangqi Shengmai Dihuang Decoction,and the control group was treated with the western medicine mecobalamin tablets.2 weeks for a course of treatment,after the end of 2 courses,with blood glucose(three meals before,three hours after three meals and before going to bed),TCM syndrome,vital signs,liver and kidney function,blood routine as observation indicators.Through statistical analysis,the changes of the two groups of indicators before and after treatment were observed.Results:1.In the treatment group,1 case was shedding,and 39 cases were included in the study;in the control group,2 cases were shedding,and 38 cases were included in the study.2.After treatment in this study,the treatment group can significantly improve the symptoms of spontaneous sweating and night sweats,and the difference wasstatistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.01);the treatment group can significantly improve the patient’s related complications,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.01);the treatment group could significantly improve the clinical symptoms of TCM patients,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.01).3.In the evaluation of clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the main symptom,the treatment group was 92.31%,the control group was 52.63%,P <0.01;the total efficacy of the secondary symptoms,the treatment group was 84.62%,the control group was 34.21%,P<0.01;The total effective rate of TCM syndrome,the treatment group was 94.87%,the control group was 55.26%,P<0.01.4.In the blood sugar,the treatment group can effectively improve the fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose and bed time blood glucose after treatment,there were significant differences with the before treatment and between the control group(P<0.05);the control group can not improve the blood glucose,and there was no significant difference with the before treatment(P>0.05).5.During the study observation,there were no side effects discovered in both groups.Conclusion:Huangqi Shengmai Dihuang Decoction can significantly improve the relevant TCM syndromes of patients with qi-yin deficiency type of diabetic sweating dysfunction.At the same time,it can lower blood sugar and there are no side effects after taking the drug,which lays a foundation for further research and is worthy of clinical promotion.
