Clinical Observation Of Drospirenone Ethinylestradiol Tablets After Missed Abortion

Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of drospirenone ethinylestradiol tablets after missed abortion.Methods: Sixty patients who underwent gynecological treatment in the New Medical University Second Affiliated Hospital from May to October 2017 were selected.All patients diagnosed with missed abortion within 12 weeks.30 patients in the observation group underwent general treatment after the Qing dynasty.Oral cefixime,intramuscular injection of oxytocin for 3 days.Plus drospirenone ethinylestradiol tablets(for 3 courses).In the control group,30 patients underwent general treatment after the Qing dynasty,and the drug was not needed.The two groups were compared for some indicators after the Qing dynasty.The time of vaginal bleeding,the time of menstrual recovery.B-ultrasound was performed 14 days after surgery to observe the thickness of the intima.Statistics on the number of vaginal discharges,lower abdominal pain,and decreased menstrual flow after the Qing dynasty.Results: The number of days of vaginal bleeding in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.Menstrual recovery time is shortened.On the 14 th after the Qing dynasty,B-ultrasound showed that the intima of the observation group was thicker than the control group The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of patients with increased vaginal discharge or lower abdominal pain after observation in the observation group was less than that in the control group.The number of people with reduced menstrual flow was less than that of the control group.The above indicators were compared and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: This medicine can reduce the number of days of vaginal bleeding after surgery.Make postoperative menstrual recovery quickly.It has a positive effect on the recovery of endometrium after surgery.Effectively reduce the number of people with increased vaginal discharge or lower abdominal pain or decreased menstrual flow after the Qing dynasty.
