The Study Of "Shenghua Yangxue Cream" Promoting Recovery After Curettage Of Missed Abortion

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of “Shenghua Yangxue cream” on reducing complications and promoting menstrual recovery after curettage of missed abortion,and to evaluate the effectiveness of “Shenghua Yangxue cream” on the recovery after curettage of missed abortion,in order to enrich the TCM diagnosis and treatment strategy after missed abortion.to provide theoretical basis for the use of drugs after curettage of missed abortion,to provide a theoretical basis for the use of drugs after of curettage missed abortion.MethodsAll the patients was selected from September 2020 to January 2021 in the gynecology clinic of the first affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese Medicine who diagnosed as missed abortion according to clinical symptoms,laboratory examination and B-ultrasound results which showed that the gestational age was less than10 weeks.According to the treatment plan of the patients,they were included in the observation group and the control group.A total of 28 cases in each group were collected.The observation group was given “Shenghua Yangxue cream” for 21 days,The control group was given Yasmin for 21 days,and both groups were given prophylactic antibiotics for 3 days.Follow-up observation and truthful record of vaginal bleeding,abdominal pain,white blood cell count,urinary HCG,urine pregnancy test results,B-ultrasound results(including intimal thickness,uterine tissue residue,hematocele and other abnormal conditions).the first menstruation after uterine curettage and the adverse reactions after medication.Results1.After curettage of Missed Abortion,There was no statistically significant difference in the vaginal bleeding time,bleeding volume,the duration of abdominal pain and VAS score of abdominal pain between the two groups(P>0.05).2.After curettage of Missed Abortion,the differences of the results of urinary HCG on the 14 th day between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.The difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups on the 14 th day after curettage of Missed Abortion was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the difference in the incidence of abnormal uterine cavity(fabric residue and hematocele)between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.The difference of white blood cell count between the two groups on the 14 th day after curettage of Missed Abortion is statistically significant(P<0.01).The difference in hemoglobin content between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference of hemoglobin content before and after curettage of Missed Abortion between the two groups was statistically significant,and the increase of hemoglobin content in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.5.After curettage of Missed Abortion,comparing the time to resume menstruation and days of menstruation of observation group with that of control group,The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01),and the time of menstruation recovery in the control group was shorter than that in the observation group.The difference in the amount of first menstruation after curettage of Missed Abortion between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).6.After curettage of Missed Abortion,The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion“Shenghua Yangxue cream” can shorten the duration of vaginal bleeding,reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding,improve abdominal pain after curettage of missed abortion and the negative conversion rate of urinary HCG,therapeutic effect of which is similar to that of Yasmin.“Shenghua Yangxue cream” can also repair intima,reduce the incidence of complications such as uterine cavity residue and infection and promote uterine involution.Moreover,there are few adverse reactions after treatment.It can be used as a reference for clinical medication after uterine cleaning.
