The Study Of "Shenghua Yangxue Cream Formulae" Promoting Postoperative Recovery Of Induced Abortion

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Shenghua Yangxue cream formulae made by Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital on the complications such as postoperative vaginal bleeding,abdominal pain,endometrial repair,abnormal uterine cavity,genital tract infection and menstrual recovery after artificial abortion,and to evaluate the effect of Shenghua Yangxue cream formulae on the recovery of body and uterus after abortion,so as to provide relevant clinical research evidence of effective prevention and treatment of complications,standardize drug use and clear indications.MethodsCases of voluntary painless abortion,collected from the gynecology clinic and day surgery room of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital from May to December,2018,measured up to the criteria of diagnostic,inclusion and exclusion-There were 80 patients willing to be objects of clinical observation.The actual drug use was divided into the control group and the observation group.The control groups included cefuroxime axetil tablets,ornidazole tablets,Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol tablets(Yasmin);the observation group included cefuroxime axetil tablets,ornidazole tablets,Shenghua Yangxue cream formulae.All the patients started taking medicine on the postoperative day.Meanwhile Antibiotic should be taken for 3 days and Shenghua Yangxue cream formulae and Yasmin for 21days.The volume of vaginal bleeding,bleeding time,duration of abdominal pain,degree of abdominal pain,and first Menarche were recorded from the first day after operation.At the same time,all the patients are followed up the abortion of the uterine accessory color ultrasound results(including endometrial thickness),urine pregnancy test results,leucocyte count,hemoglobin volume results in the 21th day after the operation and drug adverse reactions during the observation period.Results1.The duration of postoperative vaginal bleeding was longer in the observation group than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences of the amount of postoperative vaginal bleeding,the duration of postoperative abdominal pain,VAS score of postoperative abdominal pain between the observation group and control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.At the 3rd week after operation,the differences of white blood cell count and endometrium thickness between the observation group and control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).before and after the operation,the difference of hemoglobin amount between the observation group and control group was not statistically significant.3.At the 3rd week after operation,there was no statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the results of urine pregnancy test(P>0.05).4.After operation,the return of menses of the observation group took longer than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Among the adverse drug reactions,in the observation group,there were 3 cases of diarrhea;in the control group,there were 3 cases of vaginal abnormal bleeding,2 cases of breast swelling,and 1 case of nausea;the adverse drug reactions in the observation group were less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionShenghua Yangxue cream formulae is comparable to Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets in reducing the amount of vaginal bleeding after abortion,alleviating postoperative abdominal pain and promoting endometrial rehabilitation,and is conducive to the body and physiological recovery after abortion.Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets is relatively more effective than Shenghua Yangxue cream formulae in shortening the postoperative vaginal bleeding duration and promoting postoperative return of first menses;The adverse drug reactions of Shenghua Yangxue cream formulae are significantly less than Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets.The combination of Shenghua Yangxue cream formulae with antibiotics can promote postoperative recovery,be effective in the preventive treatment of artificial abortion,so it is conducive to reduce the incidence of related complications after abortion.
