Study On The Qi-Enriching And Blood-Nourishing Prescription On Chronic Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia

Objective: To study the changes of symptoms,signs and laboratory examination results of patients with chronic primary immune thrombocytopenia(CITP)of Qi dysfunction in blood control treated with Qi-enriching and Blood-nourishing prescription combined with half-dose hormone and total hormone,and to compare the effect of treatment group and control group.Methods:From January 2018 to February 2019,patients in hematology clinic and ward of Xinjiang Autonomous Region Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected in the study.The control group was hormone [prednisone tablet 1mg/(kg·d)].The treatment group was Qi-enriching and Blood-nourishing prescription combined with half-dose hormone [prednisone tablet 0.5 mg/(kg·d)].The clinical symptoms,signs and laboratory examination results were observed and analyzed statistically at the 0th,2nd,4th,6th and 8th weeks.Results: 1.There was no significant difference in age between the two groups(P > 0.05),which was comparable.There were 13 males and 27 females,accounting for 32.5% and 67.5% of the total number,respectively.There was no significant difference in gender distribution between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.In the treatment group and the control group,the platelet count,white blood cell count and hemoglobin content at the 0th,2nd,4th,6th and 8th week of treatment were compared by repeated measurements of variance analysis.There was no significant difference in the time main effect(P > 0.05);there was no significant difference in the interaction effect(P > 0.05);there was no statistical difference in the main effect of different treatments.Learning significance(P > 0.05).3.Two groups of patients before and after treatment in the integral group comparison,paired t test,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Before and after treatment,the scores of skin ecchymosis,fatigue,shortness of breath,dizziness,spontaneous sweating,feces and tongue weakness were significantly different(P < 0.05),except for the scores of pale or yellowish complexion,fewer food and weak pulse symptoms(P < 0.05).4.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the rank sum test of TCM syndromes score(P > 0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes score(%)was 85.00% in the treatment group and 70.00% in the control group.Conclusion: 1.Both Qi-enriching and Blood-nourishing prescription plus half hormone therapy and whole-dose hormone therapy can increase the platelet count of treatment group and control group,and the white blood cell count and hemoglobin content remain relatively stable and normal.Range.Both groups can reduce the scores of skin ecchymosis,mental fatigue,shortness of breath,dizziness,spontaneous sweating,loose stool and light tongue symptoms in TCM symptoms,and improve clinical symptoms.2.Qi-enriching and Blood-nourishing prescription plus half hormone treatment of this disease,while hormone halving,relatively increased the platelet count,which laid a certain foundation for the selection of treatment plan and the withdrawal of hormone in the clinical treatment of CITP with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.3.The distribution of age and sex in CITP patients is comparable.
