Objective: Recently,with the development of science and technology,percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)has become an important means of treatment of coronary heart disease.At the same time,the number of patients with recurrent angina pectoris after PCI has gradually increased.Professor Yang Lihua,a mentor,found that the majority of patients with deficiency of Qi and blood and stagnation of blood stasis syndrome.Therefore,Qigui Tongxin Decoction is summarized for clinical application.To observe the clinical efficacy of Qigui Tongxin Decoction in the treatment of chronic stable angina pectoris(Deficiency of Qi and Blood,Stasis and Toxin Blocking Collaterals Syndrome)after PCI(percutaneous coronary intervention).To evaluate the effect of Qigui Tongxin Decoction on the TCM syndromes and clinical efficacy of angina pectoris after PCI combined with the statistical analysis results of clinical studies.To provide reference for clinical treatment of angina pectoris after PCI.Methods: Seventy-two patients with chronic stable angina pectoris(Deficiency of Qi and Blood,Stasis and Toxin Blocking Collaterals Syndrome)diagnosed by Department of Geriatrics 2,Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 36 cases in each group.The basic medication was deducted by isosorbide nitrate tablets.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine(Compound Danshen Dropping Pills),and the treatment group was treated with Qigui Tongxin Decoction.(Astragalus membranaceus,Angelica sinensis,Codonopsis pilozula,Fructus aurantii,Corydalis tuber,Prepared rehmannia root,Parasitic loranthus,Herba lycopi,Fluorite,Schizonepeta tenuifolia,Notopterygium root,Taraxacum,Caulis spatholobi)orally.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy and quantified scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,gender,and other general data.After 4 weeks of medication,the total effective rate of the TCM syndrome control group was 75%,and that of the treatment group was 86.11%.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Qigui Tongxin Decoction has an advantage over the control group in improving the effects of chest tightness,chest pain,palpitation and forgetfulness,mental fatigue,insomnia and dreaminess,and pallor(P < 0.05),while there is no significant difference in improving the symptoms of shortness of breath,dry mouth and tongue(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Qigui Tongxin Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of angina pectoris patients with Deficiency of Qi and Blood,Stasis and Toxin Blocking Collaterals Syndrome after PCI.Chinese medicine intervention in angina pectoris after PCI has considerable prospects and can be excavated,which is worthy of research and promotion.
